8. PETRIR LA PÂTE
Assurez-vous que le couvercle de sécurité est en place et correctement verrouillé.
Placez le bol mélangeur sur le bloc moteur.
Placez le crochet pétrisseur dans le bol mélangeur.
Placez les ingrédients dans le bol.
Placez le couvercle sur le bol mélangeur et verrouillez-le.
La vitesse maximale conseillée est de maximum.
La vitesse maximale pour pétrir de la pâte est basée sur un mélange de 600g de farine
et 400g d’eau pour l’obtention d’1 kg de pâte.
Quand vous préparez une pâte à pétrir, vous ne devez pas utiliser l’appareil par
tranche de plus de 20 minutes. Après ces 20 minutes, vous devez laisser l’appareil
refroidir pendant 2 minutes avant de l’utiliser à nouveau.
