7. Togliere il coperchio estraendolo perpendicolarmente dalle cerniere. Cambiare
regolarmente i ltri che si trovano nel coperchio.
8. Togliere il recipiente di raccolta della condensa.
• Il coperchio, il contenitore, la vaschetta, il cestello e il recipiente di raccolta della
condensa sono lavabili in lavastoviglie.
• Il pannello di controllo e il blocco della spina non devono mai essere immersi
in acqua o in altri liquidi. Il pannello di controllo e il blocco della spina possono
essere puliti con un panno umido e un detergente neutro.
• Asciugare con cura tutti gli elementi dopo la pulizia prima di rimontare la frig-
gitrice.
7. L’OLIO
1. La temperatura e la durata di utilizzo sono i fattori più importanti
dell’invecchiamento dell’olio per friggere.
2. Per preparare piatti sani e gustosi, si consiglia di cambiare l’olio con regolarità.
La regolare sostituzione dell’olio renderà più facile la pulizia della vaschetta e
del cestello.
3. Alcune preparazioni, come per esempio quelle con impanatura o carni molto
condite possono rendere l’olio inutilizzabile più in fretta del previsto. Sostitu-
ire l’olio se diventa scuro o se è sporco, se inizia a fumare o se produce troppa
schiuma.
4. Cambiare l’olio in una sola volta, non mescolare olio nuovo con olio già utiliz-
zato.
5. Filtrare l’olio con regolarità aumenta la qualità dei piatti, ma non impedisce
comunque l’invecchiamento dello stesso.
