Verwenden Sie die in den Rezepten in diesem Buch angegebenen Kochzeiten als
Richtlinie. Sie müssen beurteilen, ob Ihr Fleisch schwerer oder leichter als in den
Rezepten angegeben ist und die Kochzeit dementsprechend etwas anpassen. Wenn
Sie zum ersten Mal mit dem Halogen-Konvektionsofen arbeiten, empfehlen wir
Ihnen, ein Fleischthermometer zu verwenden. Beobachten Sie den Kochvorgang,
indem Sie durch die Glasschale schauen. Sie werden Ihre Lieblingsrezepte sehr
schnell auf einfache Weise an den Halogen-Konvektionsofen anpassen können.
