1. POMMES CUITES AU FOUR
4 portions
temps de cuisson : 25 35 min
Ingrédients :
- 4 grosses pommes
- 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre roux
- ½ verre de fruits secs mélangés finement coupés
- ½ verre d’eau
- Crème fouettée ou yaourt vanille
Préparation :
1. enlevez le trognon des pommes entières. Placez les pommes dans un plat à four.
2. Mélangez le sucre roux et les fruits secs. Répartissez ce mélange sur les ouvertures
des 4 pommes. Versez de l’eau au fond du plat à four.
3. Faites chauffer le four à 250° C pendant 6 min.
4. Mettez la grille pour griller dans le récipient en verre. Baissez la température à
220° C. Mettez le plat sur la grille et faites cuire les pommes pendant 25-35 min. ou
jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient tendres.
5. Servir les pommes avec la crème fouettée ou le yaourt vanille.
2. PUDDING DE PAIN ET DE BEURRE
4 portions
Temps de cuisson : 30 min
Ingrédients :
- 8 fines tranches de pain, sans la croûte
- 4 cuillères à soupe de beurre
- ½ verre de raisins secs
- 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre roux
- 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre blanc
- 2 œufs
- 2 verres de lait
- 1 cuillère à café de cannelle
- 2 cuillères à café de sucre roux pour la finition
Préparation :
1. Enduisez de beurre chaque tranche de pain sur un côté. Couper 4 tranches de pain
en diagonale à la moitié. Coupez les 4 tranches de pain restantes en 4 parts égales.
2. Mettez les 4 tranches de pain coupées diagonalement à la moitié contre le bord
d’un plat à four. Disposez la moitié des tranchettes restantes au fond du plat à four.
Arrosez le pain avec la moitié des raisins secs et du sucre roux. Faites une seconde
couche avec les tranches de pain restantes, les raisins et le sucre roux.
