HOOFDGERECHTEN
GEBRADEN KIP
Voor 4 porties
Kooktijd : 20 min. per 250g, voor een hele kip ongeveer 1u en 20 min.
Ingrediënten :
1 kip
Dressing :
1 eetlepel boter
1 kleine ajuin, gepeld en fijn gesneden
120g champignons, fijn gesneden
1,5 tas zachte broodkruimels
1 eetlepel gehakte peterselie
1 koffielepel verse citroenrasp
een snuifje marjolein
een snuifje nootmuskaat
1 ei
Bereiding
Verwijder al het vet van de kip.
Smelt de boter, voeg de ui toe en fruit ze gedurende 1 min. Voeg de champignons
toe en laat ze mee bakken gedurende 1 min. Voeg de broodkruimels, zout, peper,
peterselie, citroenrasp, marjolein, nootmuskaat en het ei toe. Alles goed mixen. Vul
de kip op met deze vulling. Wrijf de buitenkant van de kip in met peper en zout. Laat
rusten.
Verwarm de oven voor op 250°C gedurende 6 min.
Plaats het onderste grillrooster in de glazen kom. Verminder de temperatuur tot
185°C. Plaats de kip rechtstreeks op het grillrooster en laat de kip bakken voor 1u en
20min, afhankelijk van het gewicht van de kip. Als de kip te snel bruin wordt, kan u
ze afdekken met aluminiumfolie.
