VI. DESMONTAJE/MONTAJE
SEPARACIÓN DE LA ESTRUCTURA
1. Tras haber retirado el asiento y el paquete de baterías (consulte el Procedimiento para el desmontaje en la
página anterior), baje el manillar y apriete el pomo regulador (fi g. 23).
2. Quite la chaveta de bloqueo. (Sólo en los modelos 36, 83 o 84).
3. Levante la palanca de extracción, (O, levante la torre del asiento para modelos 36, 83, y 84) y con cuidado
deje caer la sección posterior hacia atrás, hasta que los enganches de la estructura se desprendan del tubo
inferior.
4. Separe con cuidado las dos secciones del Travel Scooter (fi g. 33).

MONTAJE
NOTA: Antes de intentar montarlo, incline ligeramente la mitad posterior del Travel Scooter sobre las ruedas
antivuelco, como se muestra en la fi g. 33.
1. Utilice la palanca de extracción (o la torre del asiento para modelos 36, 83 y 84 sólo) para levantar la sección
frontal a la vez que alinea los enganches de la sección frontal con el tubo inferior de la sección trasera (fi g. 33).
2. Una vez colocados los enganches sobre el tubo inferior, baje la sección frontal y a la vez haga girar la sección
posterior. De esta forma, bloqueará automáticamente en su sitio la estructura de los modelos 39, 40LX, 40X,
44X, 40E, 44E, 44LX, 49, 50LX, 54LX, 53, 53HD, 54, 54HD, 66, 67, 73, 74, y Jazzy ZTS. En los modelos 36,
83 y 84, para completar el procedimiento de ensamblaje deberá volver a colocar la chaveta de bloqueo (fi g. 33).
3. Suba el manillar y apriete completamente el pomo regulador (fi g. 23).
4. Vuelva a instalar el paquete de baterías. En los modelos 36, 83 y 84, asegúrese de volver a conectar los cables
de batería y de conexión frontal-posterior.
5. Coloque el asiento y gírelo hasta que quede bloqueado en su sitio.
6. Destrabe el manillar girando el pomo regulador 90º en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj (fi g. 32).
7. Si está equipado, instale el almacenamiento bajo el asiento
(fi g. 27).
¡ADVERTENCIA! Tras el montaje y antes de conducir el Travel Scooter, compruebe siempre que
el pomo regulador del manillar esté desbloqueado.
