I bought a 'new' Pride Colt Deluxe 2.0. Later I discovered that both Track Rods where they fit on the Track Rod Ends as best as I could see has some play in them. I rang up the Shop who supplied it, & they sent someone out with a Tie Rap, & then put one on each of them to hold them firmly together. My question is, is this standard procedure when dealing with Mobility Scooters, or are they manufactured 'disabled' to be like the Owner ?
