OPERATION
Plug the mains lead into a 32 Amp 110V socket. (A 110V
scoket will be coloured YELLOW). If operating from a
transformer, ensure that the CONTINUOUS rating of the
transformer is greater than 2000W. (This will require an
intermittent or "power tool" rating of at least 3000W)
If connecting via an extension lead, make sure that the lead
is rated at 32 Amps, and that it is fully unwound.
Place the EH0209 on a firm flat stable surface, and apply the
brakes to both braked castors.
Use the two switches on the side to select the required
operation:
One switch on = Low Heat (1000W)
Both switches on = High Heat (2000W)
Do not touch the air output grille when the heater is in
operation, because it will be hot and may cause burns.
Unplug the heater from the mains when not in use.
OPERATING COSTS
At time of going to press, the average cost of electricity is
£0.11 per unit (kilowatt-hour). The amount you are being
charged will be shown on your electricity bill.
At this cost, the EH0209 will cost £0.11 per hour to run on the
"low heat " setting, and £0.22 per hour to run on the "high
heat" setting with the thermostat set to its maximum.
