Trainingsopties

VOORZICHTIG: Alvorens aan een fitnessprogramma te beginnen,

dient u een volledig medisch onderzoek te ondergaan. Zorg ervoor

dat u de door een arts aangeraden streefzone voor uw hartslag

kent.

Om uw training te starten:

1. Sta met uw gezicht naar het display toe.

2. Pak een handgreep vast en stap op de voetpedalen.

3. Breng de pedalen in beweging zodra u een comfortabele

houding hebt aangenomen.

4. Selecteer een van de volgende opties:

Druk op de

QUICKSTART-toets.

Een programma selecteren Druk op een

PROGRAMMA'S-toets.

Opmerking: De toets QUICKSTART wordt uitgeschakeld

wanneer u op een toets PROGRAMMA'S drukt. Gebruik de

OK-toets om elke geselecteerde trainingssessie te bevestigen

(programma, tijd, gewicht en leeftijd).
