Überprüfen, ob die Herzfrequenzanzeige

betriebsfähig ist

So überprüfen Sie, ob die Herzfrequenzanzeige

betriebsfähig ist:

1. Beginnen Sie, auf dem Gerät zu trainieren.

2. Fassen Sie beide berührungsempfindliche Haltegriffe.

Hinweis: Die Herzfrequenz wird innerhalb von zehn

Sekunden gemessen. Während dieser Zeit blinkt das Herz

auf der Anzeige. Sie müssen beide Metallkontakte an

jedem Haltegriff stets berühren, um eine genaue Messung

zu ermöglichen.

3. Schauen Sie auf die Herzfrequenzanzeige. Nach einigen

Sekunden erscheint eine Zahl, die Ihre Herzfrequenz

anzeigt.

4. Wenn in der Anzeige HERZFREQUENZ keine Zahl

angezeigt wird, nehmen Sie die folgenden Überprüfungen

vor:

 Überprüfen Sie, ob die Kabelverbindung

ordnungsgemäß zusammengesteckt ist.

 Lassen Sie den Test von einer anderen Person noch

einmal überprüfen. Obwohl die Herzfrequenzanzeige

in der Regel äußerst genau ist, funktioniert sie bei

einzelnen Personen möglicherweise nicht

ordnungsgemäß.

Hinweis: Wenn Sie eine drahtlose

Herzfrequenzüberwachung verwenden, wiederholen Sie

diesen Test mit einem Brustgurt oder einem drahtlosen

Pulssimulator anstelle der berührungsempfindlichen

Haltegriffe.
