Creating a Goal
Important: Some Preva features are available only at facilities
that subscribe to Preva. Contact Precor to update your
subscription if needed.
Use the Weekly Goal panel to create a workout goal. When
you set up your goal, you commit to:
A target value (distance, duration, or calories) for each
workout.
A specific number of times you plan to work out each
week.
Preva will track your progress based on the target you define
and keep track of your lifetime totals.
Touch Lifetime Totals to view the badges you have earned.
To set up a weekly goal:
1. Start the setup process.
If … Then …
You have just created your
Preva account
Touch the Next button.
You have signed in and
started your workout
On the Weekly Goal panel,
touch the Weekly Goal button.
2. On the Weekly Goal panel, touch the number of days you
plan to work out each week.
3. On the Choose a Target panel, touch the target that best
represents your fitness goal:
– Distance - How many (miles or kilometers) per
workout?
– Duration - How much time will you spend working
out each day?
– Calories - How many calories will you burn per
workout?
