INGREDIËNTEN BEREIDING
1. Meng de ingrediënten voor de ananassalsa in een
kleine kom en zet apart in de kom.
2. Combineer de ingrediënten voor de koolsla in een
tweede kleine kom en meng. Zet de koolsla in de
koelkast.
3. Plaats de grillplaat op de PowerXL rookvrije grill en
verwarm de grill tot 180 °C.
4. Meng de ingrediënten voor het kruidenmengsel in
een derde kleine kom. Bestrooi beide kanten van de
forel met het kruidenmengsel.
5. Leg de forel op de bakplaat en aan elke kant 3-5
min. grillen. Verwijder de forel en leg hem apart.
6. Leg de tortilla's op de grillplaat en gril ze tot ze bruin
zijn (ongeveer 5 min.).
7. Leg de tortilla's op een serveerbord. Snijd de forel
in plakjes en leg de koolsla en forelschijfjes op de
tortilla's. Sprenkel de ananassalsa erover.
Ananas-salsa
½ Ananas, klokhuis verwijderd, geschild en in
kleine blokjes gesneden
50 g kerstomaatjes, in vieren
½ rode ui, in blokjes gesneden
1 Jalapeño chili, zonder pitten in blokjes
1 el limoensap
½ bos gehakte koriander
½ tl zout
Koolsalade
¼ krop blauwe kool in reepjes gesneden
½ groene kool, in reepjes gesneden
½ rode paprika, in reepjes gesneden
½ bos gehakte koriander
Schil van ½ limoen
Sap van 1 limoen
Barbecue kruidenmix
1 ½ tl paprika
1 tl oregano
1 tl knoookpoeder
½ tl cayennepeper
½ tl karwijzaad
½ tl grof zout
1 el bruine suiker
1 tl gedroogde thijm
2 el olie
8 kleine maistortilla's
1 regenbogenforel (ca. 450 g)
