1. Meng de knoook, paprika, het zout en de zwarte
peper in een kom. Wrijf de kip vervolgens in met het
kruidenmengsel.
2. Verspreid de ui, salie en de helft van de tijm in de kip.
3. Plaats de binnenpan in het toestel. Plaats het
heteluchtdeksel op het toestel.
4. Selecteer de braad-instelling (braden). Stel de
temperatuur in op 165 °C en de braadtijd op 40 minuten.
Verwarm het apparaat voor.
5. Plaats na het voorverwarmen van de oven de kip met
de borstzijde naar beneden in de binnenpan en schik
de kip met de rozemarijn, de wortels, de aardappelen
en de overgebleven tijm rondom de kip. Draai de kip
halverwege de braadtijd om. Zorg ervoor dat de interne
temperatuur van de kip 75 °C bereikt.
6. Laat de kip voor het opdienen ongeveer 15 minuten
rusten.
