1. Meng de eieren en de room in een kom. Zet het mengsel
opzij.
2. Plaats de binnenpan in het toestel. Voeg 2 el olijfolie toe
aan de binnenpan.
3. Selecteer de sauté-instelling (sauteren). Stel de
temperatuur in op 177 °C en de kooktijd op 10 minuten.
Laat de olie opwarmen.
4. Als de olie heet is, voeg dan de ui, paprika en ham toe.
Bak tot het goudbruin zijn.
5. Voeg de aardappelkroketjes, de spinazie, het eimengsel
en de kaas toe. Roer en sauteer gedurende 5 minuten, af
en toe roerend.
6. Plaats het heteluchtdeksel op het toestel.
7. Selecteer de heteluchtfrituurstand (Air Fry). Stel de
temperatuur in op 160 °C en de kooktijd op 20 minuten.
Als de frittata na 20 minuten nog niet gaar is, verleng dan
de baktijd.
