This device has been developed for domestic use only. It is NOT suitable for commercial or retail applications.
Always unplug the device after use.
When the cooking time is up, the cooking process will stop and the fan will run for another 10 seconds to cool the appliance down.
Allow the device to cool down for at least 30 minutes before attempting to clean or store it.
Never let the cable hang over sharp edges.
WARNING: Avoid spillage on the connector.
WARNING: The heating element surface remains hot after use.
POWER SUPPLY
The device should be plugged into a dedicated and suitable socket. If multiple devices are plugged into the same outlet, the device may not function properly.
WARNING: WHEN USING THE POWER CORD,
plug it into an earthed 240V outlet and unplug all other devices from the same outlet. Plugging other devices into the same outlet can cause an electrical overload.
Never forcibly pull the plug out of the socket.
Overheating protection
If the internal temperature control system fails, the overheat protection will trip, and the unit will cease to function. If this happens, immediately disconnect the power
supply by pulling the plug from the mains. Wait until the device has cooled down completely before using it again or storing it.
BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Read all of the instructions, warning stickers, and labels.
2. Remove all packaging material, labels, stickers and the clear or bluish protective film. Do not remove the device type plate.
3. Rinse the inner pot with warm water and a mild detergent. NOTE: Only the inner pot, the grill plate and the glass lid are dishwasher-safe. Never immerse the
base device in water or put it in the dishwasher.
4. Clean the base unit inside and outside by hand, using a clean, damp cloth.
5. Before using the device for the first time, it must be heated for a few minutes so that the protective oil film applied by the manufacturer can burn away. Once the
burn-off cycle is complete, wipe the device with a damp cloth with warm soapy water and then dry it with a dishcloth.
Preparation
1. Always place the device on a horizontal and heat-resistant surface.
2. Select the appropriate cooking mode for your recipe.
A versatile device
The device has been designed to prepare a wide range of your favourite dishes. The tables provided with this manual and the recipe booklet will help you achieve
great results. Please refer to this information for an appropriate time/temperature setting for the amount of food.
Recommendations and tips
Correct cooking utensils: To avoid scratching the surface coating, we recommend only using non-metallic cooking utensils with the device and its accessories. Do not
cut or process the food with sharp cutting utensils such as forks, knives, pounders and whisks once it is in the appliance.
FIRST STEPS
NOTE: The inner pot must be inserted in the base unit to start the cooking cycle.
1. Choose a recipe and prepare it.
2. Insert the inner pot into the base unit as shown (see #5).
3. Place all ingredients in the inner pot.
4. Put on the lid, if necessary. NOTE: The hot air lid may only be used for hot air frying, grilling, baking and roasting. If you are using other cooking functions, you
will need to raise the hot air lid, or remove it and use the glass lid. The hot air lid should not be closed if no hot air cooking function is selected.
Attaching the hot air lid (#2)
Place the hot air lid on the base unit and align the six contact pins of the hot air lid with the six contact openings of the cable harness of the base unit. The air fryer
preset will only work if the cable connections are properly aligned. Do not turn the hot air fryer lid when closing.
The hot air lid cannot be closed (locked).
NOTE: Do not tilt or angle the lid when placing or removing it. The lid should be raised or lowered straight to ensure that the lid and base unit are properly connected.
Step by step
1. When the device is plugged in, you will hear a single beep.
2. The display will start to light up.
3. To select the cooking mode, turn the rotary knob to the right or left, and select the desired preset. The preset times and temperatures are displayed. To start the
cooking process, press the Start button once.
4. Pre Heat function: Some cooking modes require heating. In this case, PRE HEAT appears on the display. Depending on the selected cooking mode, the timer will
only start when the desired cooking temperature has been achieved.
5. If the cooking time is exceeded, the device switches to the heat maintaining mode in most cooking modes.
Using the digital control panel (#4)
TO START: Plug the power cord into the mains.
The digital LED display lights up and displays “0”.
1. Selection of a preset cooking mode: 12 preset cooking modes are available: Air Fry (hot air frying), Slow Cook (slow cooking), Steam (steaming), Sauté
(sautéing), Grill (grilling), Bake (baking), Roast (roasting), Rice (cooking rice), Simmer (braising), Sous Vide (sous vide), Fry (oil frying) and Keep Warm
(keeping warm). To select the cooking mode, turn the knob (A) to the right or left. The knob is very sensitive, try to turn it as slowly as possible. A beep sounds
with each turn. The selected mode switches the digital LED display (B) on. The time preset and the temperature are displayed. Press the start button once, the
cooking process begins.
2. Time button (TIME): The cooking time can be adjusted for some cooking processes. Press the Time button and turn the rotary knob to the desired setting. The
