Switch off the tool and remove the cap from the spark plug before fulfilling all
procedures.
Do not draw up the fastening elements too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
8.1 Bike handle installation (Fig. 1)
Install the U-handle on the fixing holder, install the clamp and fasten with the screws.
To adjust the angle of the additional handle, loosen the 4 upper bolts and change the
angle of inclination. After finishing the adjustment, tighten the bolts.
8.2 Installation protection guard (Fig. 2)
Position the guard so it can be fixed into place with the clamp and the screws.
Tighten the screws.
8.3 Installing the harness (Fig. 3)
Put on the carrying belt.
Adjust the length of the belt in such a way that you feel comfortable and suspend the tool
on the safety catch of the carrying belt.
The cutting accessory should touch the ground. If this is not the case, make adjustment.
Loosen the clamping bolt with the Allen key.
Move the fastening to the desired position by sliding it along the tube.
Tighten the clamping bolt with the Allen key.
8.4 Installing the cutting disc/spool
CAUTION: NEVER use unit if blade is warped or has teeth that are chipped or
missing. Replace a damaged blade immediately.
CAUTION: Always wear heavy-duty work gloves when handling and installing
a blade.
8.4.1 Assembly metal blade (Fig. 4)
Install the cutting disc , outer flange and cap on the spindle. Then tighten the nut.
When mounting, the direction of the arrow on the cutting disc must always coincide with
the direction of the arrow on the protective cover.
8.4.2 Assembly spool (Fig. 5)
Install the outer flange on the spindle shaft.
Install the spool and tighten it.
STOP ENGINE IMMEDIATELY!
Excessive vibration of blade means that it is not properly installed-stop
engine immediately and check blade. Blade not properly installed will cause
injury.
