10.3 Vervanging/instelling van de bougie
Opgelet! Versleten bougies of te grote afstanden tussen de elektroden
verslechteren de prestaties van de motor.
▪ Zet het toestel uit.
▪ Haal de bougiekabel van de bougie.
▪ Schroef de bougie met een bougiesleutel in tegenwijzerzin los. Gebruik geen ander
gereedschap om beschadiging te voorkomen.
▪ Gebruik een controlemal (beschikbaar in gespecialiseerde winkels) en controleer de
afstand tussen de elektroden. De afstand moet 0,635 mm bedragen.
▪ Corrigeer de afstand indien nodig door de gebogen ontstekingselektrode van de bougie
voorzichtig te verbuigen.
▪ Reinig de bougie met een draadborstel.
▪ Plaats de gereinigde en afgeregelde bougie terug of vervang de beschadigde bougie door
een nieuwe.
▪ Sluit de bougiekabel terug aan.
10.4 Afregeling van de carburator.
De carburator werd reeds tijdens de productie afgeregeld voor optimale prestaties. Wanneer
de carburator opnieuw moet afgeregeld worden, laat dit dan doen door een gespecialiseerd
servicecenter.
