Voldoende smering van het zwaard en de ketting tijdens zaagwerkzaamheden is noodzakelijk

om de wrijving op het zwaard te minimaliseren.

Laat de olie voor het zwaard en de ketting nooit uitdrogen.

Het gebruik van een droge zaag of een met te weinig olie zal de zaagprestaties verminderen,

de levensduur van de zaagketting verminderen, de zaagketting sneller stomp maken en leiden

tot een snelle slijtage van het zwaard door oververhitting. Een gebrek aan olie is te herkennen

aan rook of verkleuring van het zwaard.

Slijpen van de ketting

Aan de onervaren gebruiker van de zaag raden wij aan de zaagketting te laten slijpen door het

dichtstbijzijnde service center. Als u echter zelf uw zaag wil slijpen dan kunt u speciale

gereedschappen kopen bij uw service center.
