8 CHARGING AND RECHARGING
For maximum battery life, we recommend that you keep your power station
fully charged at all times.
8.1 Recharging scheme
The time required to fully recharge your power station after jump-starting an engine depends
on how many jump starts are performed between recharging sessions. The table below shows
the approximate recharging times.
You can always check the charge level of your power station by pressing
the red button (3). The color coded meter will show you the battery charge
level.
8.1.1 230V AC adapter/charger (14) charging
Plug the 12V DC plug into the output 12V DC (5) and the 230V plug into a 230V AC power
outlet. Keep charging until the battery meter (4) shows full (14 to 15V).
8.1.2 12VDC to DC power cord (13) charging
Always start the engine of your vehicle or boat before you insert the power
station to charge. In case you don’t the battery of your vehicle or boat will
lose power.
Insert the 12V DC cigarette plug into the cigarette receptacle of your vehicle or boat.
Insert the 12V DC plug into the 12V DC charging plug (5) on your power station.
Keep charging until the battery meter (4) shows full (14 to 15V).
8.2 Replacing emergency light bulb
▪ Gently squeeze the sides of the emergency light case together and remove it.
▪ Unscrew and remove the broken bulb.
▪ Replace with the new bulb (3.6W).
▪ Put the light case back in place.
