Place the handlebar post (76) in a vertical position. Place the front plastic cover (75) over the lower
part of the handlebar post (76). Connect the upper computer cable (83) with the lower computer
cable (74).
Place the handlebar post (76) in the main frame (49) and secure the handlebar post (76) with allen
bolts (6), six spring washers φ8 (9) and six curved washers φ8 (5).
Step 3: Assembling the swing bars and tubes and the pedal tubes
Shift the lower swing bar (13 L+R) onto the rotation rod (79) and secure it with coated allen bolts
M8*20 (10), two spring washers φ8 (9), two washers 8.5*36*3t (8) and two washers Ф19*38*0.5t
(78).
Attach the left and right swing bar (3 L+R) by putting them at the top of the lower swing bar (13 L+R).
The ‘swing’ handles (13 L+R) must be positioned to ensure the 3 screw holes are on the outside.
Secure with four allen bolts M8*20 (6) (see picture below for more information), four spring washers
φ8 (9) and four curved washers (5).
Attach the footplate support bar (29 L+R) to the crank (38 L+R) with coated allen bolt (10), spring
washer φ8 (9) and washers Ф8*21*2t (32).
Attach the plastic cover (56) to the rear side of the footplate support bar (29 L+R) with screws (57).
Attach the footplate support bar (29 L+R) to the lower swing bars (13 L+R) with allen bolts M10*78
(21), washers φ10 (17) and nylon lock nuts M10 (16). Attach the plastic cover (22) to the front of the
footplate support bar (29 L+R) with eight screws M5*12 (23).
