Ensure that the product is not
subjected to a load greater than
150 kg. Otherwise injury and /
or damage to property may occur.
The four castors are to be assembled before
use in accordance with the instructions (see the
chapter „Assembly“). The self-securing nuts
(lock nuts) prevent the screw connections from
loosening, even during a „bumpy“ transport.
However, we advise that you inspect them at
regular intervals to ensure that they are tight
and rectify this if required.
After assembling the castors, the tightness of each
individual screw connection is to be examined.
If it is necessary to loosen one or more screw
connections then new lock nuts must be used.
The trolley is exclusively intended for transporting
goods. Transporting people is not permitted.
Assembly
Assemble the castors as depicted in Figure B.
After assembling the castors, the tightness of
each individual screw connection is to be ex-
amined. If it is necessary to loosen one or more
screw connections then new lock nuts must be
used.
Use
Increasing/decreasing the
loading area
You can extend or push together the loading
area 2. A movable clip 3 prevents it from
accidentally extending from its slid-in position.
To extend the area, firstly loosen the clip 3
and extend the loading area.
Then, fix the clip 3 to the centre cross brace.
To push the area together, loosen the clip 3
and push the loading area together.
Then, fix the clip 3 into its original position.
Folding the handle element
Two square tubes and the extendable bow-shaped
handle 1 are part of the handle element (see Fig. A).
To unlock or to bring the bow-shaped handle 1
into the horizontal position, first press the pro-
file frame 8 downwards, then press the bow-
shaped handle 1 into the square tubes. Then,
fold the handle element forward. Two retaining
springs bring the frame back into the rest position.
In the upright position and in its extended state
the handle element or bow-shaped handle 1
will audibly click.
Activating/loosening the
locking device
To lock the swivel castors 6 press the locking
device 7 downwards with your foot.
Loosen the locking device 7 by pressing this
upwards with your foot.
Cleaning and care
As the profiles of the loading area 2, which
have been slid into each other, have a light oil
film upon delivery, refrain from cleaning them
using solvents or by putting them in solvents.
