Exercice 4
1. Allumez l'appareil et réglez la vitesse souhai-
tée ou le mode souhaité.
2. Allongez-vous sur un tapis de gym de sorte
à pouvoir poser sans effort vos pieds sur la
plaque vibrante.
3. Soulevez votre fessier, buste et jambes de-
vant former une ligne. Dans cette position,
vos jambes doivent former un angle à 9.
4. Maintenez cette position pendant quelques
secondes. Faites une courte pause et répé-
tez cet exercice à volonté.

1. Allumez l'appareil et réglez la vitesse souhai-
tée ou le mode souhaité.
2. Placez-vous sur le tapis de gym en position
pour effectuer des pompes.
3. Prenez appui sur la plaque vibrante, mains
bien parallèles, l'une en face de l'autre, d'un
écartement correspondant à la largeur de
vos épaules.
4. Maintenez cette position pendant quelques
secondes ou effectuez quelques pompes.
Faites une courte pause et répétez cet exer-
cice à volonté.
