Assembling the Device
• The device is preassembled. The individual parts are connected to one
another by a cable. Make sure when plugging together and screwing on the
individual parts that you do not trap or pull out the cable.
• Place the device on a level fl oor surface. Place a protective fi lm underneath
to prevent any damage to delicate surfaces.
• Remove all packaging materials from the area in which you are working.
Ensure that there is enough space around the device.
1. If not preassembled, plug the two parts of the telescoping rod into one another and
screw them together with a locking screw. On this connection piece, the telescoping
rod can also be adjusted to three different heights (80-113 cm).
2. Plug the control unit onto the telescoping rod.
3. Push the threaded rod through the holes on the left and right and screw the cap
nuts onto the threaded rod from both sides. Make sure that you tighten the cap nuts
against one another.
4. Push the assembled telescoping rod with the control unit into the recess on the back
of the base.
5. Screw the telescoping rod fi rmly to the base with three locking screws.
The device is now ready for use.

CAUTION!
❐ If your health means that you belong to a risk group, you should always consult your
doctor before using the device. If necessary, coordinate your use programme with
him.
❐ Do not use the device if you have vein infl ammation, thromboses, swellings or acute
infl ammation. Ask your doctor whether it is safe for you to use the device.
❐ Pregnant women should not use the device or should use it only after consultation
with their doctor.
❐ Stop using the device immediately if you suddenly feel weak or dizzy. If you feel
sick, have pain in your chest or arms, an irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath or
other unusual symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.
• To make it easy to handle, the device is equipped with castors on the back
of the base. This means that you can easily switch over the vibrating mas-
sage device.
• Do not use the device shortly after eating; wait at least 1 hour before you
start training.
