WARNINGS :
Keep the manual for future reference.
Read the manual prior to using the product. Follow the instructions in order not to invalidate the warranty. Take all safety
precautions to avoid fire and/or electric shock hazard. All repairs should be carried out by a qualified technician.
• Prior to using the unit, ask a professional for
advice.
• Hearing damage:
Power Dynamics speakers can produce very high
sound pressure levels (SPL) that can impair the
hearing of users, staff and audience.
• Do not overload the box in order not to damage
the speakers.
• The unit contains voltage carrying parts. DO NOT
open the unit.
• When unplugging the unit from the mains, always
pull the plug, never the chord.
• Never plug/unplug the mains plug with wet hands.
• If the plug and/or the mains lead are damaged,
they need to be repaired by a qualified technician.
• If the unit is damaged to an extent that internal
parts are visible, do not plug the unit into a mains
outlet and do not switch it on. Contact
immediately your dealer.
• Repairs should only be carried out by a qualified
technician.
• Only connect the unit to an earthed 220-
240Vac/50Hz mains outlet protected by a 10-16A
fuse.
• Keep away from heat sources and vibration.
• During a thunderstorm or if you don’t use the unit
for a longer period of time, unplug it from the
mains
• If the unit has not been used for a longer period of
time, condensation can occur inside the housing.
Please let the unit reach room temperature prior
to using it.
• To avoid accidents in public premises, the legal
requirements must be fulfilled and instructions/
warnings must be adhered to.
• Place the boxes on a stable surface.
• Place the speaker stand on a flat, stable surface
• Only use speaker stands that are suitable for the
weight of the speaker and never place more
speakers than allowed on a stand.
• Use an appropriate means of transport to move
the box – BEWARE OF YOUR BACK!!
• Keep out of the reach of children
• All volume controls must be set to zero prior to
switching the unit on.
• Do not use cleaning sprays for the slider controls.
The residues of these spray cause dust deposits
in the controls. If a problem occurs, please
consult a specialist.
• Always handle the unit with clean hands.
• Do not use force to adjust the controls.
• Do not clean the unit with chemical solutions. This
might damage the finish. Only use a dry cloth for
cleaning.
• Do not place the unit near electronic devices that
might cause interference.
• Only use original spares for repairs to avoid
damage and/or exposure to dangerous radiation
• Switch the unit off prior to plugging/unplugging the
unit or to moving the unit to another place.
• Make sure that the mains lead cannot be
damaged and nobody can walk on it.
• If you travel with the unit to another country make
sure that the mains voltage is suitable.
• Keep the packaging so that you can transport the
unit safely and without damage.

CONTROLS AND FEATURES:
1. LIMIT INDICATOR
This indicator will blink on occasion when the built in limiter is
active.
NOTE: If the indicator glows or starts to blink frequently, you
should turn down the Subwoofer Level.
2. SIGNAL INDICATOR
This indicator will glow when there is a signal received to the FULL
RANGE input.
3. SUBWOOFER LEVEL CONTROL
To regulate the output level of the subwoofer. Use this for setting
the balance between the subwoofer and the main speakers.
4. PROTECT INDICATOR
This indicator will begin to glow when the subwoofer goes into
protect mode and all output will stop. This will prevent the
subwoofer amplifiers from getting too hot and will protect all
speakers connected.
5. POWER LED
LED lits when you switch on the power.
6. HIGH PASS XLR OUTPUT
These outputs are used to send the incoming signal to a full range
active speaker or power amplifier.
7. PHASE SWITCH
This switch reverses the polarity of the subwoofer. Experiment
(placement of the subwoofer relative to the speakers) with all
speakers to find the best sound.
8. FULL RANGE XLR INPUTS
Are designed to accept a line input signal from a mixer or other
line devices with a balanced jack. Use balanced cables in order to
prevent signal loss. ONLY USE LINE LEVEL INPUT DEVICES.
9. THRU (FULL RANGE OUTPUTS)
Are used to send the signal from FULL RANGE INPUTS to
another device.
10. CROSSOVER CONTROL
To regulate the crossover frequency between 50-250Hz.
11. GROUND LIFT
Allows circuit and chassis grounds to be separated in case of problems with earth loops (hum).

Bitte lesen Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig vor der Inbetriebnahme durch. Befolgen Sie genau die Anweisungen, um den
Garantieanspruch nicht zu verlieren. Treffen sie alle Vorsichtsmassnahmen, um Feuer und/oder Stromschlag zu verhindern.
Reparaturen dürfen nur von einem Fachmann ausgeführt werden, um Stromschlag zu vermeiden.
• Vor der Inbetriebnahme einen Fachmann um Rat
fragen.
• Gehörschäden:
Power Dynamics Lautsprecher können hohe
Schalldruckpegel (SPL) erreichen, die das Gehör
der Benutzer, des Personals und des Publikums
beschädigen können.
• Die Boxen nicht überlasten, um die Lautsprecher
nicht zu beschädigen.
• Das Gerät enthält unter Spannung stehende
Teile. Niemals das Gehäuse öffnen.
• Beim Abziehen des Steckers immer am Stecker
ziehen, niemals an der Netzschnur.
• Stecker niemals mit nassen Händen anfassen.
• Sollten Stecker und/oder Netzschnur, sowie der
Kabeleingang zum Gerät beschädigt sein,
müssen diese durch einen Fachmann ersetzt
werden.
• Wenn das Gerät sichtbare Schäden aufweist, darf
es NICHT an eine Steckdose angeschlossen und
NICHT eingeschaltet werden. Benachrichtigen sie
in diesem Fall Ihren Fachhändler.
• Das Gerät nur an eine geerdete 230V AC/50Hz
Netzsteckdose mit 10-16A Leistung anschließen.
• Nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen aufstellen.
• Vor Erschütterungen schützen.
• Bei Unwetter sowie Nichtgebrauch das Netzgerät
aus der Steckdose ziehen.
• Nach längerem Nichtgebrauch kann sich
Kondenswasser im Gehäuse gebildet haben.
Lassen Sie das Gerät erst auf Raumtemperatur
kommen.
• Um Unfälle in öffentlichen Gebäuden zu
vermieden, müssen die geltenden Richtlinien
befolgt werden.
• Die Boxen auf eine stabile Oberfläche stellen.
• Das Stativ auf eine ebene, stabile Fläche stellen.
Darauf achten, dass die Füße nicht im Weg
stehen.
• Nur Stative benutzen, die für das Gewicht der
Boxen geeignet sind und niemals mehr Boxen auf
ein Stativ montieren als zugelassen sind.
• Ein angemessenes Transportmittel für die Box
benutzen – ACHTEN SIE AUF IHREN RÜCKEN!!
• Vor Kindern schützen
• Alle Lautstärkeregler müssen vor dem
Einschalten ganz heruntergefahren werden.
• Keine Reinigungssprays für die Schieberegler
verwenden. Die Rückstände verursachen
Schmier- und Staubansammlungen in den
Reglern. Im Problemfall einen Fachmann fragen.
• Gerät nur mit sauberen Händen handhaben.
• Die Regler und Knöpfe nicht mit Gewalt bedienen
• Niemals das Gerät mit chemischen
Reinigungsmitteln säubern, die den Lack
beschädigen. Das Gerät nur mit einem trockenen
Tuch abwischen.
• Das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von elektronischen
Geräten aufstellen, die Störungen verursachen
können.
• Für Reparaturen nur Originalersatzteile
verwenden, um Schäden und/oder gefährliche
Strahlung zu vermeiden
• Vor Abziehen oder Einstecken des Netzsteckers,
sowie vor Umstellen des Geräts, das Gerät
ausschalten.
• Darauf achten, dass das Netzkabel nicht
beschädigt werden kann, wenn jemand darauf
tritt.
• Wenn Sie das Gerät auf Reisen mitnehmen,
achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzspannung für das
Gerät geeignet ist.

1. LIMIT-Anzeige
Dieser Indikator wird gelegentlich blinken, wenn der
eingebaute Limiter aktiv ist.
HINWEIS: Wenn die Anzeige leuchtet oder blinkt,
sollten Sie den Subwoofer-Pegelregler hinunter drehen

auf den FULL RANGE- Eingang.
3. SUBWOOFER LEVEL CONTROL
Um den Ausgangspegel des Subwoofers zu regeln. Hier
können Sie die Balance zwischen Lautsprecher und
Subwoofer einstellen.
4. PROTECT-Anzeige
Dieser Indikator leuchtet, wenn den Subwoofer in Protekt-
Modus kommt ( um zu verhindern daß die Subwoofer-
Verstärker zu heiß werden) und so werden alle
angeschlossenen Lautsprecher geschützt.
5. POWER-LED
LED leuchtet, wenn Sie auf den Netzschalter drücken.
6. HIGH PASS XLR OUTPUT
Diese Ausgänge werden verwendet, um das eintreffende
Signal mit den FULL RANGE Aktiven Lautsprechern oder
Verstärkern zu verbinden.
7. PHASE-SCHALTER
Dieser Schalter wird die Polarität des Subwoofers
umkehren. Experimentieren Sie mit allen Lautsprechern
um den besten Klang zu finden (Platzierung des
Subwoofers im Verhältnis zu den Lautsprechern).
8. FULL RANGE XLR-Eingänge
Sind so konzipiert, um ein Line Signal von einem Mischpult
oder anderen Line-Geräten mit einem symmetrischen
Jack-Anschluß zu akzeptieren. Verwenden Sie
symmetrische Kabel um Signalverluste zu verhindern.
NUR LINE-EINGANG GERÄTE VERWENDEN.
9. THRU (FULL RANGE AUSGÄNGE)
Werden verwendet, um ein Signal von FULL RANGE EINGÄNGEN an ein anderes Gerät zu senden.
10. CROSSOVER REGLER
Um die Frequenzweiche frequenz ein zu stellen zwischen 50-250Hz.
11. GROUNDLIFT SCHALTER
Trennt die Schaltungen von der Masse, falls Probleme mit Erdschleifen auftauchen
(Brummgeräusche).

• Daños a los oídos:
Los altavoces Power Dynamics pueden producir
niveles de presión acústica muy elevados (SPL)
que pueden perjudicar los oídos de los usuarios,
equipo técnico y auditorio.
• No sobrecargar las cajas para no dañar los
altavoces.
• El conjunto contiene partes con alta tensión. NO
abrir el conjunto.
• Cuando desconecte el conjunto de la corriente,
siempre hágalo por la clavija, nunca por el cable.
• Nunca conecte/desconecte el cable de
alimentación con las manos mojadas.
• Si la clavija y/o el cable de alimentación están
dañados, deben ser reparadas por técnicos
cualificados.
• Si el conjunto está dañado hasta el grado de que
se pueden ver las partes internas, no conecte el
conjunto a una toma de corriente y no lo
encienda. Contacte inmediatamente con su
distribuidor.
• Las reparaciones deben llevarse a cabo solo por
técnicos cualificados.
• Solo conecte el conjunto a una toma de corriente
con toma de tierra a 230Vac/50Hz y protegida
con fusible de 10-16A.
• Manténgalo fuera del alcance de fuentes de calor
y de vibraciones.
• Durante una tormenta o si no usa el conjunto por
un largo periodo de tiempo, desconéctelo de la
toma de corriente
• Si el conjunto no se ha usa por un largo periodo

• Solo use los soportes adecuados para el peso de
los altavoces y nunca coloque más altavoces de
los permitidos por soporte.
• Use una forma correcta de transportar para
mover la caja – ¡CUIDADO CON SU ESPALDA!

CONTROLES Y CARACTERISTICAS:
1. INDICADOR LIMITADOR
Este indicador se enciende cuando se activa el limitador.
NOTA: Si el indicador luce o empieza a parpadear
continuamente debe usted bajar el volumen del
subwoofer.
2. INDICADOR DE SEÑAL
Este indicador se enciende cuando se recibe señal por la
entrada principal.
3. GANANCIA DEL SUBWOOFER
Para ajustar el nivel de salida del subwoofer. Use este control
para ajustar el balance entre satélites y el subwoofer.
4. INDICADOR DE PROTECCION
Este indicador se ilumina cuando el subwoofer entra en modo
protección y se corta la salida principal. Esto evita un
sobrecalentamiento del aparato y protege los altavoces
conectados.
5. LED ALIMENTACION
LED que indica la puesta en marcha del equipo.
6. SALIDA XLR PASA ALTOS
Salida filtrada para alimentar unos altavoces activos como
satélites o alimentar a una etapa de potencia externa.
7. INTERRUPTOR DE FASE
Interruptor para revertir la polaridad del subwoofer.
Experimente (emplazamiento del subwoofer con relación a los
satélites) para conseguir el mejor sonido.
8. ENTRADAS XLR FULL RANGE
Entrada de señal proveniente de un mezclador o fuente de
sonido con conexión balanceada. Use siempre cables
balanceados para evitar perdida de señal. USE SOLO
APARATOS DE NIVEL DE SEÑAL LINEA.
9. A TRAVES (SALIDA FULL RANGE)
Use esta salida para linkear la señal FULL RANGE a otro
equipo.
10. CROSSOVER CONTROL
Para regular la frecuencia de crossover entre 50-250Hz.
11. CONMUTADOR DE MASA
Permite separar la masa de los circuitos y del chasis en caso de problemas zumbidos típicos de masa

WAARSCHUWING :
Bewaar deze handleiding ook voor toekomstig gebruik.
Lees deze handleiding eerst door alvorens het product te gebruiken. Volg de instructies op anders zou de
garantie wel eens kunnen vervallen. Neem ook altijd alle veiligheidmaatregelen om brand en/of een elektrische
schok te voorkomen. Tevens is het ook raadzaam om reparaties / modificaties e.d. over te laten aan
gekwalificeerd personeel om een elektrische schok te voorkomen.
• Voordat het apparaat in werking wordt gesteld,
altijd eerst een deskundige raadplegen.
• Gehoor beschadiging:
Power Dynamics luidsprekers kunnen gemakkelijk
een zeer hoge geluidsdruk weergeven (SPL)
welke een gehoorbeschadiging kunnen
toebrengen bij gebruikers, productie crew en
publiek.
• Overbelast de box niet – om schade aan de
luidsprekers te voorkomen.
• In het apparaat bevinden zich onder spanning
staande onderdelen; open daarom NOOIT dit
apparaat.
• Bij het verwijderen van de stekker uit het
stopcontact nooit aan het netsnoer trekken.
• Verwijder of plaats een stekker nooit met natte
handen resp. uit en in het stopcontact.
• Indien de stekker en/of netsnoer en/of
snoeringang in het apparaat beschadigd zijn dient
dit door een vakman hersteld te worden.
• Indien het apparaat zo beschadigd is dat
inwendige (onder)delen zichtbaar zijn mag de
stekker NOOIT in het stopcontact worden
geplaatst én het apparaat NOOIT worden
ingeschakeld. Neem in dit geval contact op met
uw dealer.
• Reparatie aan het apparaat dient te geschieden
door resp. een vakman of een deskundige.
• Sluit het apparaat alleen aan op een 230Vac /
50Hz (geaard) stopcontact, verbonden met een
10-16A meterkastgroep.
• Toestel niet opstellen in de buurt van warmte
bronnen zoals radiatoren etc. en niet op een
vibrerende ondergrond plaatsen.
• Bij onweer altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact
halen, zo ook wanneer het apparaat voor een
langere tijd niet gebruikt wordt.
• Als u het apparaat lang niet gebruikt heeft en het
weer wil gebruiken kan er condens ontstaan; laat
het apparaat eerst op kamertemperatuur komen
alvorens het weer in werking te stellen ; apparaat
nooit in vochtige ruimten en buiten gebruiken.
• Om ongevallen in bedrijven te voorkomen moet
rekening worden gehouden met de daarvoor
geldende richtlijnen en moeten de
aanwijzingen/waarschuwingen worden gevolgd.
• Zorg er altijd voor dat de luidspreker stevig en
stabiel geplaatst wordt.
• Plaats een luidsprekerstandaard altijd op een
vlakke en stabiele ondergrond en plaats hem
zodanig dat de poten niet in de weg staan.
• Gebruik alleen luidsprekerstandaards welke
geschikt zijn voor het gewicht van de luidspreker
en plaats niet meer luidsprekers op een
standaard dan waarvoor hij ontworpen is.
• Gebruik enkel een daarvoor bestemd
transportmiddelen om de box te verplaatsen –
LET OP UW RUG !!
• Het apparaat buiten bereik van kinderen houden.
• Zorg er altijd voor dat wanneer het apparaat wordt
ingeschakeld ,alle regelaars (inclusief
mastervolume-regelaars) op minimaal staan.
• Gebruik geen schoonmaakspray om de regelaars
te reinigen. Restanten van deze spray zorgen
ervoor dat smeer en stof ophopen in de regelaars.
Raadpleeg bij storing te allen tijde een
deskundige.
• Zorg dat uw handen schoon zijn tijdens het
gebruik.
• Gebruik geen overmatige kracht bij het bedienen
van de schakelaars en knoppen.
• Tracht het apparaat niet schoon te maken met
chemische oplossingen. Dit kan de lak
beschadigen. Gebruik een droge doek om schoon
te maken.
• Blijf uit de buurt van elektronische apparatuur die
bromstoringen zouden kunnen veroorzaken.
• Bij reparatie dienen altijd originele onderdelen te
worden gebruikt om onherstelbare
beschadigingen en/of ontoelaatbare straling te
voorkomen.
• Schakel eerst het toestel uit voordat u het
netsnoer en/of aansluitsnoeren verwijdert.
Verwijder netsnoer en aansluitsnoeren voordat u
dit product gaat verplaatsen.
• Zorg ervoor dat het netsnoer niet
beschadigd/defect kan raken wanneer mensen
erover heen lopen.
• Indien u reist (en u neemt het apparaat mee)
informeer dan naar de netspanning in het land
waar u verblijft.
• Bewaar de verpakking zodat u indien het
apparaat defect is, dit in de originele verpakking
kunt opsturen om beschadigingen te voorkomen

1. LIMIT INDICATOR
Deze indicator knippert af en toe als de ingebouwde limiter actief
is.
OPMERKING: Als de indicator brandt of vaak knippert, moet u
het subwoofer (LEVEL) niveau verlagen.
2. SIGNAAL INDICATOR
Deze indicator brandt wanneer er een signaal wordt ontvangen
op de FULL RANGE ingang.
3. SUBWOOFER LEVEL REGELING
Om het uitgangsniveau van de subwoofer te regelen. Gebruik dit
om de balans tussen de luidsprekers en subwoofers in te stellen.
4. PROTECT INDICATOR
Deze indicator brandt wanneer de subwoofer in protect-mode
gaat en is er geen uitgangssignaal. Dit voorkomt dat de
subwoofer-versterkers niet te warm worden (beschermt alle
aangesloten luidsprekers).
5. POWER LED
LED brandt wanneer u de unit inschakelt.
6. HIGH PASS XLR UITGANG
Deze uitgangen worden gebruikt om het inkomende signaal naar
een FULL RANGE actieve luidspreker of versterker te sturen.
7. PHASE-schakelaar
Deze schakelaar keert de polariteit van de subwoofer om.
Experimenteer (plaatsing van de subwoofer ten opzichte van de
luidsprekers) met alle luidsprekers om het beste geluid te vinden.
8. FULL RANGE XLR-UITGANGEN
Om een line-ingang signaal van een mixer of andere Line-
apparaten met een gebalanceerde aansluiting te
accepteren. Gebruik gebalanceerde kabels om signaalverlies te
voorkomen. Gebruik alleen LINE LEVEL audiobronnen.
9. THRU (FULL RANGE uitgangen)
Worden gebruikt om het signaal van de FULL RANGE Ingangen
naar een andere audiobron te sturen.
10. CROSSOVER
Om de crossoverfrequentie te regelen tussen 50-250Hz
11. GROUND LIFT SCHAKELAAR
Om massa van het chassis te scheiden in geval van een aardlus (hum).
