To add a Skype for Business contact to the Contact list:
1 Navigate to Contacts > Contacts and tap Search.
2 In the search field, enter your contact’s first or last name.
Results matching your search display automatically.
3 Select your contact and tap Add to Contacts.
The contact is added to the Contact list on the system.
Add a Contact Outside Your Organization
You can also add contacts that are not in your organization to your Skype for Business client and have those
contacts display on the system.
To add a contact not in your organization your contact list:
1 In the Skype for Business client, click .
2 Click Add a Contact Not in My Organization and choose to add the contact from Skype for
Business, Skype, or another application.
3 Enter the information for your contact and click OK.
The contact is added to the Contact list on the system.
Viewing Skype for Business Favorites
You can view the Skype for Business contacts saved as favorites in the Skype for Business client on the
Home screen of the RealPresence Trio 8800, as shown next. Only contacts you add as favorites in the
Skype for Business client display as favorites on the system. You cannot add Skype for Business contacts
as favorites on the system.
