Questo apparecchio è dotato di un tappo di sicurezza brevettato, che impedisce l’aper-
tura seppur accidentale della caldaia fino a quando esiste una minima pressione al suo
interno. Pertanto, per poterlo svitare, è necessario compiere determinate operazioni che
descriviamo qui di seguito.
La mancanza d’acqua è segnalata dalla spia (J).
Tutte le volte che l’acqua è esaurita, procedere nel seguente modo:
1c. Spegnere l’apparecchio agendo sull’interruttore caldaia (B).
2c.
Azionare la leva comando richiesta vapore (3) sulla pistola vaporizzatrice (2) o il pulsan-
te richiesta vapore (R) sul ferro da stiro (Q) fino all’esaurimento del flusso di vapore.
3c. Staccare la spina di alimentazione (F) dalla rete elettrica.
4c. Svitare il tappo di sicurezza (A) in senso antiorario.
5c. Attendere 3-4 minuti per consentire il raffreddamento della caldaia.
6c. Effettuare il nuovo riempimento procedendo come descritto al punto 1 del paragrafo
PREPARAZIONE. Nel riempire il serbatoio a caldo, si raccomanda di procedere con
piccole porzioni d’acqua, al fine di evitare l’evaporazione istantanea dell’acqua.

1d. Raccordare al generatore la spina monoblocco del ferro da stiro (4) procedendo come
indicato nel punto 2a del paragrafo UTILIZZO.
2d. Per la stiratura a vapore, regolare la temperatura del ferro posizionando la manopo-
la di regolazione temperatura (S) su COTONE-LINO.
2d. Per la stiratura a secco, regolare la temperatura secondo il tessuto.
3d. Attendere 3-4 minuti che il pulsante luminoso (R) si spenga perché la piastra del fer-
ro raggiunga la temperatura stabilita.
4d. Premere il pulsante richiesta vapore (R) per permettere la fuoriuscita del vapore. Rila-
sciando il pulsante il flusso si interrompe. Durante il primo funzionamento del ferro,
dalla piastra può verificarsi la fuoriuscita di qualche goccia d’acqua frammista a vapo-
re, dovuta alla non perfetta stabilizzazione termica. Si consiglia pertanto di non orien-
tare il primo getto sul tessuto da stirare.
5d. Per avere un getto continuo di vapore spostare in avanti il tasto (U). Il vapore conti-
nuerà ad uscire anche rilasciando il tasto. Per interrompere l’erogazione, spostare
indietro il tasto stesso (U).
6d. E’ possibile utilizzare il ferro anche in verticale, vaporizzando tendaggi, abiti, ecc.
IMPORTANTE:
• Non lasciate il ferro da stiro incustodito mentre è in funzione.
• Stirate solo su sostegni resistenti al calore e che lascino permeare il vapore.
