6.3 Press and hold the steam trigger on the handle and steam

the surface abundantly to dissolve the dirt.

6.4 Activate suction and run the brush over the surface to then

begin drying.

The 2-in-1 brush allows cleaning to be completed quickly and

simply, without any marks or smears.

6.5 The necessary amount of steam and the suction time can be

adjusted automatically by selecting program 3, pressing the

PROGRAM button (see Chapter 5).

The combined use of steam and suction allows the most

efﬁcient sanitising of the surface, dissolving dirt, and eliminating

grease and germs, and above all allows drying of the surface.

6.6 For the Model MCV50 Use the handle without any

accessories, and press and hold the steam trigger to steam the

surface thoroughly and dissolve the dirt. Use a dry cloth to

remove the dirt dissolved by the steam.

6.7 The 2-in-1 brush can be purchased to use steam and suction

at the same time.

For this procedure, follow the instructions from point 6.2.

7. CLEANING UPHOLSTERY

(mattresses, sofas, car interiors, etc.)

7.1 For suction, and according to the surface to be cleaned,

connect one of the following accessories to the handle: 2-in-1

brush (only for Model MCV70), mini turbo brush, 2-in-1 suction

lance (in position 2).

7.2 Press the suction button on the appliance and proceed with

cleaning.

It is possible to adjust the suction power by moving the cursor

on the handle.

7.3 For Model MCV70 To clean with steam and suction, attach the

sponge cap to the 2-in-1 brush and connect to the handle or to the

telescopic tube.

7.4 Ensure that points 1.5 and 1.6 have been carried out, then

turn the boiler on using the ON button and adjust the strength

of the steam using the +/- buttons (to turn the boiler off, press

and hold the OFF button for a few seconds). For this type of

surface, we recommend the minimum steam level. The steam

indicator light will start ﬂashing and continue until the correct

temperature has been reached.

7.5 Deactivate the steam lock and continue with the steam

delivery and suction, pressing the steam trigger on the handle,

and the suction button, respectively.

7.6 The steam and suction functions can be used either at the

same time or can be alternated, activating both as described in

the previous points. It is also possible to select program 2 by

pressing the PROGRAM button (see Chapter 5).

Combined use of steam and suction allows the most efﬁcient

sanitising of the surface, dissolving dirt and removing grease,

germs and mites; it allows brightens the colour of ﬁbres and

dries surfaces more quickly.

7.7 For the Model MCV50 It is possible to clean using steam or

using steam and suction at the same time, thanks to the 2-in-1

brush (optional).

For this procedure, follow the instructions from point 6.3.

8. CLEANING BATHROOM FIXTURES,

GROUTING AND KITCHEN WORKTOPS

8.1 Connect the concentrator accessory equipped with bristly

round brush to the handle.

8.2 Ensure that points 1.5 and 1.6 have been carried out, then

turn the boiler on by pressing the ON button and setting the

steam power to the maximum level: the steam light will begin

ﬂashing until the correct temperature has been reached (to turn

the boiler off, press and hold the OFF button for a few seconds).

8.3 Ensure that the steam lock is deactivated and press and hold

the steam trigger on the handle to begin cleaning.

8.4 Connect the suction nozzle to the concentrator accessory

and activate the suction function to begin vacuuming

immediately, removing dirt thanks to the concentrated steam jet.

9. CLEANING FURNITURE AND DELICATE

SURFACES

9.1 Connect the 2-in-1 suction lance to the handle in position 1

and press the vacuum button on the appliance.

It is possible to adjust the suction power by moving the cursor

on the handle.

9.2 For steam cleaning, ensure that points 1.5 and 1.6 have been

carried out. Turn on the boiler by pressing the ON button and

setting the steam power to minimum: the steam indicator light

will begin ﬂashing until the correct temperature has been

reached (to turn off the boiler, press and hold the OFF button

for a few seconds).

Press and hold the steam trigger on the handle and direct the

jet onto a cloth.

9.3 Use the cloth previously steamed to clean the surface,

avoiding prolonged use on the same spot.

WARNING: Before cleaning the surface, always do a test on a

hidden part and see how it reacts to the application of steam.

Ensure that the rubber frame is inside the accessory.

The different coloured brushes allow for a different colour for

each surface or environment.

WARNING: Do not direct the steam jet directly onto surfaces.

WARNING: Before cleaning leather or fabrics with steam,

consult the manufacturer’s instructions and always carry out

a test on a hidden part or on a sample of the material. Allow

the steamed part to dry to make sure that no changes in

colour or deformations have occurred.
