Unhook the two closing levers (27), lift the cover (15) by turning it
(fig.2) and gently lean it to the body. Unscrew the 4 wheels which are
under the cover by using a coin (fig. 12), take out the pleated filter
(32) from its storage department and clean it with a hard bristle
brush. If the filter is still not clean, rinse it with water and leave it to
dry (fig.13). If the filter is damaged, replace it so as not to
compromise the performance of the machine. To go on working, put
the filter back in its place by making the reverse operation from the
previous one. The life of the filter is of about 100 hours.

Before attempting any maintenance operation, be sure to always disconnect the appliance from
the mains.
We recommend that the bristles of the brushes are allowed to cool down in their normal position
after use, so as to avoid any mis-shaping.
The accessories can be cleaned with a jet of steam
Check periodically the condition of the rubber washer connections on the extension tubes (F)
and on the steam gun (35a) and (35b). If necessary, replace the washers with the exchange
washers supplied.
To clean the body of the appliance, simply use a moist cloth. Do not use solvents or detergents
which may harm the body material.
We suggest to periodically clean the generator to remove any scale deposits. It is
recommended to perform this operation only when the generator is cold and the plug is
disconnected from the mains. Put an empty container under the machine, with a flat screwdriver
turn the cock (23) anti-clockwise.
To clean the generator from the scale, insert the plug and push
the main supply switch (1). The pump is activated, making the
washing. Unplug the appliance and turn the cock (23) clockwise
tightly in its place. Switch the appliance on pushing only the main
supply switch (1), enabling the generator to refill again and only
when it is full, activate the starter switch (2).
Attention! if the generator is not full enough of water, the heating elements may burn out.
