GPS
Deine Uhr verfügt über eine integrierte GPS-Funktion, die präzise die Geschwindigkeit, Distanz und Höhe
bei einer Reihe von Outdoor-Aktivitäten misst. Sie ermöglicht es dir außerdem, dir nach deiner Trai-
ningseinheit deine Route auf einer Karte in der mobilen App Polar Flow oder dem Polar Flow Webservice
anzusehen.
Die Uhr verwendet Assisted GPS (A-GPS), um schnell ein Satellitensignal zu erhalten. Die A-GPS-Daten tei-
len deiner Uhr die vorhergesagten Positionen der GPS-Satelliten mit. Auf diese Weise weiß die Uhr, wo sie
nach Satelliten suchen soll, und kann deren Signale innerhalb von Sekunden erfassen, auch bei schlech-
ten Empfangsbedingungen.
Die A-GPS-Daten werden einmal täglich aktualisiert. Die neueste A-GPS-Datei wird automatisch jedes Mal
an deine Uhr übertragen, wenn du sie über die FlowSync Software mit dem Flow Webservice syn-
chronisierst. Wenn du deine Uhr über die FlowSync Software mit dem Flow Webservice synchronisierst,
wird die A-GPS-Datei einmal pro Woche aktualisiert.
A-GPS-ABLAUFDATUM
Die A-GPS-Datei ist bis zu 14Tage gültig. Die Positionsgenauigkeit ist während der ersten drei Tage relativ
hoch und nimmt in den verbleibenden Tagen zunehmend ab. Regelmäßige Aktualisierungen tragen zu
einer höheren Positionsgenauigkeit bei.
Du kannst das Ablaufdatum der aktuellen A-GPS-Datei auf deiner Uhr überprüfen. Gehe zu Eingaben >
Allgemeine Einstellungen > Über deine Uhr > A-GPS-Ablaufdatum. Wenn die Datendatei abge-
laufen ist, synchronisiere deine Uhr über die FlowSync Software mit dem Flow Webservice oder mit der
Flow App, um die A-GPS-Daten zu aktualisieren.
Wenn die A-GPS-Datei abgelaufen ist, dauert es möglicherweise länger, die aktuelle Position abzurufen.

Deine Uhr bietet die folgenden GPS-Funktionen:
• Distanz: Liefert dir präzise Distanzdaten während und nach deiner Trainingseinheit.
• Geschwindigkeit/Tempo: Liefert dir präzise Geschwindigkeits-/Distanzdaten während und nach
deiner Trainingseinheit.
• Höhe, Aufstieg und Abstieg: Höhenmessing in Echtzeit sowie Aufstieg und Abstieg in
Metern/Fuß.
