Instellen van de herstelberekening
U kunt in een BasicSet twee optionele herstelberekeningen selecteren:
A. Herstel op basis van tijd Stopt uw herstel als uw vooraf ingestelde hersteltijd
is bereikt.
B. Herstel op basis van hartslag Stopt uw herstel als uw vooraf ingestelde
herstelhartslag is bereikt.
Als u begint met de tijdweergave op het display, herhaalt u stap 1 tot en met 5.
6. Druk op scroll up of scroll down totdat Recovery TIMER/ Hr wordt weergegeven.
7. Druk op OK om het instellen van het aan- of uitzetten (=On/OFF) van de
herstelberekening te starten.
Op het display knippert de aanduiding On/OFF.
8. Druk op scroll up of scroll down om de herstelberekening aan of uit (On/OFF) te
zetten. Druk op OK.
Uit (OFF): sla stap 9 tot en met 11 over.
Aan (On): TIMER/ Hr knippert.
9. Druk op scroll up of scroll down om hersteltimer of hartslag te selecteren.
Druk op OK.
A. Op het display wordt de aanduiding RecoTime (hersteltijd) weergegeven.
10. Druk op scroll up of scroll down om het aantal minuten in te stellen. Druk op OK.
11. Druk op scroll up of scroll down om het aantal seconden in te stellen. Druk op OK.
Op het display wordt de aanduiding Recovery TIMER (hersteltijd) weergegeven.
Of
B. Op het display wordt de aanduiding RecoHr (herstelhartslag) weergegeven.
10. Druk op scroll up of scroll down om de waarde in te stellen. Druk op OK. Op het
display wordt de aanduiding Recovery Hr (herstelhartslag) weergegeven.
