A. BasicUse is de gemakkelijkste manier om te beginnen, omdat u niet
verschillende hartslag-/tempolimieten of timers hoeft in te stellen. Als u begint met
de meetfunctie en BasicUse kiest, kunt u direct beginnen. U kunt verschillende
soorten gegevens met betrekking tot uw hartslag of fietsactiviteiten weergeven op
de polsunit.
B. De Vrij programmeerbare BasicSet biedt u de mogelijkheid om drie
verschillende functies in te stellen waarmee u de trainingssessie kunt beheren.
1. Drie instelbare inspanningslimieten (HF-limieten, % van HF
max
-limieten of
tempolimieten)
2. Drie instelbare wisselende timers.
3.
Herstelberekening op basis van de tijd of de hartslag. Door middel van deze
functies kunt u de normale trainingssessie gemakkelijk beheren. U kunt
verschillende soorten trainingssets programmeren. Kies bij de training voor de
set die het beste past bij uw trainingsplanning.
C. De Vrij programmeerbare Interval Trainer leidt u automatisch door uw
intervaltrainingssessie. U kunt de volgende trainingsfasen programmeren:
1. warming-up met hartslag-/tempolimieten of een countdown timer
2. maximaal 30 intervallen met inspanningslimieten voor de hartslag of tempo en
mogelijkheid voor herstelberekening na elk interval
3. een cool-downperiode met een countdown timer na intervallen U kunt zich bij
deze intervaltrainingsfunctie volledig concentreren op de training. De running/
fietscomputer controleert de timers en de hartslag-/ tempolimieten en u hoeft
alleen maar te trainen.
