POLAR FLOW WEBSERVICE
Du bist dem Polar Flow Webservice beigetreten, als du deinen Polar Loop 2 eingerichtet hast. Der Webser-
vice zeigt dein Aktivitätsziel und die Details deiner Aktivität an und hilft dir zu verstehen, wie sich deine täg-
lichen Gewohnheiten und Entscheidungen auf dein Wohlbefinden auswirken. Analysiere jedes Detail deines
Trainings und erfahre mehr über deine Leistung und deine Fortschritte. Du kannst auch die Highlights deiner
Aktivität und deines Trainings mit deinen Followern teilen.
Feed
In deinem Feed kannst du sehen, was du und deine Freunde in letzter Zeit geleistet haben. Sieh dir die neues-
ten Aktivitätszusammenfassungen und Trainingseinheiten an, teile deine Bestleistungen und kommentiere
und „like“die Aktivitäten deiner Freunde.
Erforsche
Unter Erforsche kannst du die Karte durchsuchen und die geteilten Trainingseinheiten von anderen Benutzern
mit Routeninformationen sehen. Du kannst auch die Routen von anderen nacherleben und dir die jeweiligen
Highlights ansehen.
Tagebuch
In deinem Tagebuch kannst du dir deine tägliche Aktivität sowie frühere Trainingsergebnisse ansehen.
Zusätzlich zur Tagesansicht kannst du deine Aktivität und deinen Trainingsverlauf in einer Monats- oder
Wochenansicht zusammen mit einer monatlichen oder wöchentlichen Zusammenfassung anzeigen.
Fortschritt
Unter Fortschritt kannst du deine Entwicklung mit entsprechenden Berichten verfolgen. Berichte sind ein
praktisches Mittel, um deinen Fortschritt beim Training über längere Zeiträume hinweg zu verfolgen.
