5.6 PERSOONLIJKE GEGEVENS INSTELLEN (USER SET)
Wanneer u uw persoonlijke informatie invoert, wordt het calorieverbruik zo nauwkeurig mogelijk gemeten.
1. Druk tijdens de functie Time op de RECHTERKNOP totdat SETTINGS wordt weergegeven.
2. Druk op de MIDDELSTE knop. Cycling SET wordt weergegeven.
3. Druk op de RECHTERKNOP totdat User SET wordt weergegeven.
4. Ga verder door op de MIDDELSTE knop te drukken en voer onderstaande stappen uit:

• Stel uw gewicht in kilogrammen of pounds in.

Als u deze waarde voor het eerst instelt, wordt op het
display standaard de maximale hartslag weergegeven
die naar verwachting bij uw leeftijd hoort (220-leeftijd).

• Pas de waarde voor uw hartslag in zittende positie aan
(zie de instructies verderop op de volgende pagina).
