“tekstbestanden”, ongeacht waar deze items opgeslagen zijn op het medium. Als u daarna
door de titels navigeert, zijn ze reeds voor u geordend, ongeacht waar ze zich fysiek op het
medium bevinden.
Voorbeeld: als u 3 tekstbestanden in de hoofdmap heeft en 2 andere tekstbestanden in een
submap, toont de PLEXTALK deze als 5 tekstbestanden die opgeslagen zijn in 2 mappen.
Voor audiobestanden voert de PLEXTALK een gelijkaardige evaluatie uit, maar bovendien
worden alle audiobestanden in één enkele logische map gegroepeerd. Dit maakt de
titelnavigatie eenvoudiger. Als er dus 10 audiobestanden in de hoofdmap staan, 5 andere
audiobestanden in map A en nog eens 5 andere in map B, groepeert de PLEXTALK deze 3
mappen in één enkele logische map met de naam “Audio” als u op titel navigeert.
DAISY-titels moeten, samen met alle vereiste bestanden, in dezelfde map staan. De
PLEXTALK evalueert geen inhoud in een submap van een map waarin een DAISY-boek werd
geïdentificeerd.
Doordat de PLEXTALK de inhoud van de media op die manier automatisch evalueert, kunt u
uw informatie zeer flexibel archiveren, terwijl u de gewenste informatie zeer snel kunt
oproepen.
Opmerking: Als er verschillende soorten inhoud is, zoals DAISY-titels, audiobestanden of
tekstbestanden, sorteert de PLEXTALK ze automatisch op type en naam.
10.9. De SD-kaart of het USB-medium selecteren.
Soms wenst u over te schakelen van een SD-kaart naar een USB-medium of vice versa. U
kunt dit als volgt doen:
• Druk herhaaldelijk op de titeltoets tot het gewenste medium wordt aangekondigd. De
PLEXTALK doorloopt de 3 mogelijke opties één voor één: “SD-kaart”, “USB” en
“Spraakmemo”. Voor de SD-kaart en het USB-medium kondigt de PLEXTALK het item
aan dat het laatst werd weergegeven op dat medium.
• Als er geen kaart of USB-medium geplaatst is, zegt de PLEXTALK “geen SD-kaart” of
“geen USB-medium”, gevolgd door “Titel bestaat niet. Selecteer een ander medium”
• Als u het gesproken item wenst weer te geven, drukt u gewoon op de toets Enter.
• Als er een SD-kaart of een USB-medium geplaatst is, gebruikt u de toets Links of
Rechts om de beschikbare inhoud op dat medium te doorbladeren.
• Als u bij het item komt dat u wenst weer te geven, drukt u op de toets Start/Stop,
waarna het afspelen begint in de laatste afspeelpositie van dat item.
