Problemen oplossen
De headset werkt
niet met mijn
telefoon.
De headset stond niet in de afstemstand toen de
menuselecties van de mobiele telefoon werden
gemaakt. Zie pagina 5 “De headset afstemmen”.
Er zijn onjuiste menuselecties gemaakt op de
mobiele telefoon. Zie pagina 5 “De
headset afstemmen”.
Ik heb mijn pincode
niet ingevoerd.
Uw telefoon ondersteunt waarschijnlijk Secure
Simple Pairing en vraagt niet om een pincode.
De telefoon heeft de headset niet gevonden.
Herhaal het afstemmingsproces op pagina 5.
Er zijn onjuiste menuselecties gemaakt op de

Bellers horen mij
niet of ik hoor
geen gespreks- of
kiestoon.
De headset is niet ingeschakeld of de headset
is niet afgestemd op de mobiele telefoon.
Druk voor het inschakelen van de headset de
gespreksknop 2 seconden lang in totdat u
een pieptoon hoort of het indicatielampje
blauw oplicht.
Uw headset bevindt zich buiten het bereik. Zorg
ervoor dat de headset zich dichter bij de telefoon
of het Bluetooth-apparaat bevindt.
De batterij van de headset is leeg. Laad
de batterij op met de meegeleverde
wisselstroomadapter.
Het luistervolume is te laag. Duw de volumeknop
omhoog (richting het oorhaakje) om het volume
in de headset te verhogen.
De headset laadt
niet op
De headset bevindt zich in een omgeving die te
koud of te heet is. Verplaats de headset naar
een omgeving waar de temperatuur tussen
0 ºC – 40 ºC is.
