Utilisez uniquement des ustensiles résistant au four. Vérifiez à ce que leurs
poignées soient aussi résistantes au four.
Lorsque vous faites cuire la viande sur un grillage, insérez un plateau
d’égouttement avec une petite quantité d'eau dans le four (hauteur minimale du
support).
Retournez la viande au moins une fois.

sur la table de cuisson.
Si le temps de cuisson est plus long que 40 minutes éteignez le four 10 minutes
avant.
Assurez-vous que la porte du four est bien fermée.
La chaleur peut s’échapper à travers les joints de la porte. Nettoyez
immédiatement les liquides renversés.
N’installez pas la cuisinière près du réfrigérateur / congélateur. Sinon, la
consommation d'énergie augmente inutilement.
