Sound Retriever: Improve the quality of the compressed audio. Playback sound

of lossy compressed les such as MP3 will be improved. The setting can be

separately set to each input selector. The setting is eective in the signals of

48 kHz or less. The setting is not eective in the bitstream signals.

• It cannot be set if the listening mode is Direct or Pure Direct.

Midnight: Make small sounds easily heard. It is useful when you need to reduce

the volume while watching a movie late night. You can enjoy the eect only when

playing Dolby series and DTS series input signals.

• It cannot be set if the listening mode is Direct or Pure Direct.

• The setting cannot be used in the following cases.

– If "Loudness Management" is set to "O" when playing Dolby Digital Plus or

Dolby TrueHD

– When the input signal is DTS:X and "Dialog Control" is other than 0 dB

Stereo Assign: When the listening mode is set to "Stereo", the audio output

destination can be set to "Surround", "Surround Back", "Height 1" or "Height 2" in

addition to the normal right and left channels ("Front") of front speakers.

• This function cannot be used if the listening mode is set to modes other than

"Stereo".

• It is not possible to select speakers that are not set at "System Setup" -

"Speaker" - "Conguration" on the Home screen.

Zone B: Select a method of outputting audio to ZONE B from among "O",

"On(A+B)" and "On(B)".

• In the following cases, "Zone B" cannot be selected.

– When ZONE 2 is On

– When "System Setup" - "Speaker" - "Conguration" - "Zone 2 Preout" on

the Home screen is set to something other than "Zone B" ( p128)

Auto Phase Control+: The low frequencies are recorded with a delay for some

discs not made according to phase control standards. This function corrects the

phase shift when playing such discs. When "Auto" is selected, in addition to the

low frequency delay, the polarity and correlation are also detected and corrected.

• It cannot be set if the listening mode is Pure Direct.

 MCACC

MCACC EQ: Enable or disable the equalizer function that corrects for distortion

caused by the acoustic environment of the room.

• It cannot be set if the listening mode is Pure Direct.

Manual EQ Select: From the Home screen, select "Preset 1" to "Preset 3" which

were set in "Advanced MCACC" - "Manual MCACC" - "EQ Adjust". The same

sound eld setting is applied all ranges when set to "O".

• It cannot be set if the listening mode is Pure Direct.

Phase Control: Correct phase disturbance in the low range to enhance the bass.

This enables you to achieve powerful bass reproduction that is faithful to the

original sound.

• It cannot be set if the listening mode is Pure Direct.

Theater Filter: Adjust the soundtrack that was processed to enhance its high

pitch range, in order to make it suitable for home theater.

• It cannot be set if the listening mode is Direct or Pure Direct.

Standing Wave: Setting this "On" will control the eect of the standing wave

generated by the sound wave reected by wall or similar interfering with the

original sound wave.

 Level

Front: Adjust the speaker level of the front speaker while listening to the sound.

Center: Adjust the speaker level of the center speaker while listening to the

sound.

Subwoofer: Adjust the speaker level of the subwoofer while listening to the

sound.

• If you set the unit to the standby mode, the adjustments you made will be

restored to the previous statuses.

Can I connect the Sonos arc to the elite Av vsx-lx 304 instead of of my LG Oled. Right now everything I have is connected to my Elite. The Elite is connected to the LG earc output.I use my internet provider (spectrum) set top box remote to control everything I would like to keep it that way. Submitted on 25-9-2021 at 19:51
