疑難排解
錯誤的操作經常被誤以為故障及功能異常。 若認為設
備出現問題，可按以下要點進行檢查。
請留意所使用
的其他設備及電氣用品，有時便是問題所在。
若按照
以下要點檢查後仍無法找出問題，請洽當地先鋒所授
權的獨立服務公司進行維修。
• 若本機是因為靜電等外力導致無法正常操作，請拔
掉插座上的電源插頭再重新插回，以回復正常的操
作狀態。
一般
電源無法打開。
將電源插頭從插座上拔掉，然後再插上。
確定沒有鬆脫的揚聲器線碰觸到後面板。
否則會
造成接收器自動關機。
接收器突然關機。
啟用自動關閉電源功能時，若已數小時未操作接
收器，接收器電源將自動關閉。
檢查自動關閉電
源功能的設定 （請參閱第
26 頁的
自動電源關閉
選單
乙節）。
大約一分鐘後 （請勿在這段時間內開機），將接
收器重新開機。
若訊息仍在，請洽先鋒所授權的
獨立服務公司。
自動開啟／關閉電源及切換輸入。（ARC 功能為開啟
時）
當
ARC 功能為開啟時，CEC （消費電子控制）功
能即會啟動，並造成電源開啟與關閉且輸入切換。
因本機不保證採 CEC 功能架構的同步操作，所以
必須關閉連接播放機上的
HDMI CONTROL 設
定。
有關詳細資訊，請參閱相關裝置的操作手冊。
若沒有作用，請關閉
ARC 功能。 若真是如此，請
在連接本機與音訊纜線後聆聽電視音訊。
選取一輸入功能時沒有聲音傳出。
使用 MASTER VOLUME 調高音量。
按下遙控器上的 MUTE 按鍵將靜音功能關閉。

線移離產生雜訊的設備遠一些）。
無法自動選台。
連接室外天線 （請參閱第

卡式錄音座播放期間有雜音。
將卡式錄音座移離接收器，直到雜音消失。
播放含有 DTS 的軟體時，沒有聲音輸出或有雜音。
確定播放器的設定值正確及／或DTS訊號輸出已開

遙控器無法操作。

連續按遙控器的 DIMMER 回復預設值。
