Questa unità è un mixer DJ che eredita tutta la tecnologia della serie DJM Pioneer, lo standard mondiale dell’audio per club. È una unità di tipo stan-
dard che possiede le funzione di base richieste per il missaggio, permettendo con facilità tutte le funzioni di riproduzione DJ.
SOUND COLOR FILTER
Ciascun canale possiede una funzione SOUND COLOR FILTER grazie
alla quale gli effetti dei filtri possono venire ottenuti semplicemente
girando una grande manopola. Questo permette di arrangiare e missare
i brani con facilità per le performance DJ.
EQUALIZZATORE A 3 BANDE
Questa unità possiede un equalizzatore a 3 bande che permette la rego-
lazione separata del volume delle alte, medie e basse frequenze. Non
solo è possibile regolare a piacere i toni, ma certe gamme di frequenza
possono venire del tutto escluse portando il relativo controllo del tutto a
sinistra (funzione di isolatore).
MIC/AUX INPUT
Questa unità possiede tre serie di uscite AUX per l’ingresso di segnali
audio da dispositivi esterni (computer, set audio portatili, televisori, sin-
tetizzatori, ecc.) oltre che da microfoni. Può essere usato non solo per le
performance DJ, ma anche come preamplificatore per ascoltare musica.
USCITA XLR
Questa unità possiede uscite bilanciate XLR con scarsa perdita di qua-
lità del segnale audio, permettendo performance DJ di alta qualità acu-
stica. Inoltre, può essere collegata a diffusori alimentati ed altri disposi-
tivi che supportano gli ingressi XLR senza cambiamenti ai terminali.

Un sistema DJ come quello nel diagramma è ottenibile combinando questa unità con un lettore DJ ed una periferica.
