RDS
Introduzione al funzionamento
del sistema RDS
RDS (radio data system, cioè sistema dati radio)
è un sistema che consente di fornire
informazioni insieme alle trasmissioni in FM.
Queste informazioni impercettibili forniscono
elementi come il nome di servizio del
programma, il tipo di programma, lo standby
per i notiziari sul traffico e la sintonizzazione
automatica, con lo scopo di aiutare gli ascoltatori
della radio nella ricerca e nella sintonizzazione
della stazione desiderata.
1 Indicatore
AF
Mostra se è attivata la funzione AF (ricerca
delle frequenze alternative).
2 Indicatore
TP ()
Mostra quando si è sintonizzata una stazione
TP
3 Nome di servizio del programma
Mostra il tipo di programma trasmesso.
• Se si riceve il NOTIZIARIO (
NEWS) selezion-
ato, si illumina l’icona .
Premere
FUNCTION per visualizzare i nomi di
funzione.
Se si preme ripetutamente FUNCTION, sul
display vengono visualizzate le funzioni
seguenti:
BSM (memoria delle stazioni migliori)—REG
(regionale)—LOCAL (sintonizzazione
automatica locale)—PTY (selezione del tipo di
programma)—TA (standby per i notiziari sul
traffico)—AF (ricerca delle frequenze alterna-
tive)—NEWS (interruzione dei programmi per i
notiziari)
• Per tornare al display della frequenza, pre-
mere
BAND/ESC.
• Se è selezionata la banda MW/LW, è possibile
selezionare solo BSM o LOCAL.
Note
• Se non si attiva la funzione entro circa 30
secondi, il display torna automaticamente alla
visualizzazione della frequenza.
• Il servizio RDS non viene fornito da tutte le
stazioni.
• Le funzioni RDS del tipo di AF e TA sono attive
solo quando la radio è sintonizzata su una
stazione RDS.
Scorrimento del display RDS
Quando ci si sintonizza su una stazione RDS, ne
viene visualizzato il nome di servizio. Se si
desidera, è possibile conoscerne la frequenza.
Premere
DISPLAY
.
Se si preme ripetutamente
DISPLAY, sul display
vengono visualizzate le impostazioni seguenti:
Nome della stazione (A)—Informazioni PTY e
Frequenza—Nome della stazione (B)
Le informazioni PTY (codice ID del tipo di pro-
gramma) sono elencate a pagina 19.
• Le informazioni PTY e la frequenza della
stazione corrente vengono visualizzate sul dis-
play per otto secondi.
• Se da una stazione viene ricevuto un codice
PTY 0, sul display non appare nulla. Ciò indica
che la stazione non ha definito il contenuto del
suo programma.
• Se il segnale è troppo debole perché questo
prodotto possa ricevere il codice PTY, il display
delle informazioni PTY non presenta nessuna
informazioni.
