Auto Cue Function
When a disc is loaded or track search is performed, this function auto-
matically sets the cue point (P.24) right before the track is actually
played.
To turn ON/OFF
The Auto Cue function can be turned ON/OFF by pressing the
AUTO CUE button. The Auto Cue is turned on when the Auto Cue
indicator [A.CUE] appears in the display.
The ON/OFF status of the Auto Cue function is stored in
memory when the power is turned off.
Auto Cue level is fixed to 60 dB.
Starting Playback
1. Insert disc in the player.
When inserting a disc, keep the label-side up, and insert only
one disc into the disc loading slot located in the front panel of
the unit. (P.16)
If a CD-ROM with no MP3 file in the first session is inserted, the
display will read [NO TRACK] and the CD-ROM will not be
played.
2. When Auto Cue function is ON, press the PLAY/PAUSE
button (6).
Wait for the displays time display to appear before pressing the
button. The non-recorded portion at the beginning of the dis-
played track will be skipped and playback will begin instantly.
When the first tracks playback ends, the player will automati-
cally search for the beginning of the next track. The indicator
on the CUE button will light, the PLAY/PAUSE button (6) in-
dicator will flash and the player will then wait for the PLAY/
PAUSE button (6) to be pressed before beginning playback
of the next track.
When the Auto Cue function is turned off, playback will
begin automatically from the first track.
When Auto Cue function is turned off, playback will continue
after the first track has been played, with all subsequent tracks
being played in sequence.
When playback of the final track is complete, playback will au-
tomatically come to an end.

Fonction Repérage automatique
Lorsquun disque est installé ou quune recherche de plage est
effectuée, cette fonction définit automatiquement le point de
repérage (p. 24) juste avant que la plage soit lue.
Activation/désactivation de cette fonction
La fonction Repérage automatique est activée ou désactivée par
pression sur le bouton AUTO CUE. La fonction est activée quand
le voyant correspondant [A.CUE] apparaît sur laffichage.
La mise en/hors service de la fonction Repérage automatique
est mémorisée lors de la mise hors tension de lappareil.
Le niveau Repérage automatique est fixé à 60 dB.
Lancement de la lecture
1. Insérez un disque dans le lecteur.
Insérez seulement un disque dans la fente de chargement
située sur le panneau avant de lappareil, en dirigeant la face
étiquetée vers le haut. (p. 16)
Si un CD-ROM sans fichier MP3 dans la première session est
inséré, laffichage indique [NO TRACK] et le CD-ROM ne sera
pas lu.
2. La fonction Repérage automatique étant activée, appuyez
sur le bouton PLAY/PAUSE (6).
Attendez que laffichage de durée apparaisse avant dappuyer
sur le bouton. La portion vierge au début de la plage affichée
sera sautée et la lecture commencera automatiquement.
Quand sachève la lecture de la première plage, le lecteur re-
cherche automatiquement le début de la suivante. Le voyant
du bouton CUE sallume, le voyant du bouton PLAY/PAUSE
(6) clignote et lappareil attend que le bouton PLAY/PAUSE
(6) soit actionné pour entamer la lecture de la plage suivante.
Si la fonction Repérage automatique est désactivée, la lec-
ture commence automatiquement à la première plage.
Si la fonction Repérage automatique est désactivée, la lecture
continue après quest achevée la première plage et les plages
ultérieures seront lues successivement.
Quand sachève la lecture de la dernière plage, la lecture
sarrête automatiquement.
A la lecture de MP3, lorsquest achevée la lecture de toutes les
plages dun dossier, lappareil se place en mode Attente à la fin de
la dernière plage. Si le bouton PLAY/PAUSE (6) est actionné, la
lecture commence à la première plage du même dossier.
