BEFORE OPERATIONS/AVANT LA MISE EN SERVICE
9 Boutons CUE/LOOP CALL (2, 3) (*) p.28
Pour rappeler les points de repérage et les points de boucle, stockés dans la
mémoire interne ou la mémoire externe (si une carte-mémoire est insérée).
La mémoire interne obtient la priorité si une carte-mémoire est insérée.
10 Bouton CUE/LOOP MEMORY (*) p. 28-30
Pour mémoriser les points de repérage et les points de boucle, stockés dans la

11 Interrupteur de mode numérique (ON/OFF) p. 11
Situé sur le panneau arrière de l’appareil. Réglez-le sur ON pour utiliser la
sortie numérique. Lorsqu’il est sur ON, les fonctions DJ n’agissent pas. (Les
fonctions marquées d’un * n’agissent pas dans ce mode.) Le mode Pause à
sourdine est utilisé à la plage du mode Pause audible.
12 Bouton CUE/LOOP DELETE (*) p. 28, 29
Pour effacer les points de repérage et les points de boucle, stockés dans la
mémoire interne ou la mémoire externe (si une carte-mémoire est insérée).
(La mémoire interne obtient la priorité si une carte-mémoire est insérée.)
13 Sélecteur EJECT UNLOCK/LOCK
UNLOCK: Le disque peut être éjecté, même pendant la lecture.
LOCK: Le disque ne peut pas être éjecté pendant la lecture, mais seulement
en mode Pause.
14 Bouton EJECT (0)
Sa poussée fait ressortir le disque par la fente d’insertion quand sa rotation
s’est arrêtée. Si l’interrupteur EJECT UNLOCK/LOCK est réglé sur [LOCK],
le disque peut être éjecté seulement en mode Pause.
15 Bague VINYL SPEED ADJUST TOUCH/BRAKE (*)
Quand le bouton JOG MODE SELECT est réglé à la position [VINYL], vous
pouvez utiliser cette bague pour ajuster la vitesse à laquelle la lecture s’arrête
quand vous appuyez sur la surface de la bague Jog.
La lecture s’arrête plus vite si la bague est tournée dans le sens anti-horaire et
elle s’arrête moins vite si elle est tournée dans le sens horaire.
16 Bague VINYL SPEED ADJUST RELEASE/START (*)
Quand le bouton JOG MODE SELECT est réglé à la position [VINYL], vous pouvez
utiliser cette bague pour ajuster la vitesse à laquelle la lecture commence lorsque
vous retirez la main de la surface de la bague Jog.
La lecture commence plus vite que la normale si la bague est tournée dans le sens
anti-horaire et il faut plus longtemps pour revenir à la vitesse normale si elle est
tournée dans le sens horaire.
17 Bouton JOG MODE SELECT (*)
Mode VINYL: Si de la surface de la bague Jog est actionnée pendant la lecture,
celle-ci s’arrête; si la bague est tournée, la musique est fournie selon la vitesse de
rotation de la touchée.
Le MODE JOG est mémorisé et il reste en mémoire même si l’appareil
est mis hors tension.
Mode CDJ: L’opération ci-dessus n’est pas exécutée si de la surface de la
bague Jog est touché.
18 Voyant VINYL (*)
Il s’allume lorsque le MODE JOG est en mode VINYL.
19 Voyant CDJ (*)
Il s’allume lorsque le MODE JOG est en mode CDJ.
20 Bouton de plage de contrôle TEMPO (±6/±10/±16/±24)
(*)
A chaque poussée sur le bouton, la plage change (±6%/±10%/±16%/±24%).
21 Bouton/voyant MASTER TEMPO (*) p.22
A chaque pression sur ce bouton, la fonction Tempo principal est mise en
service ou hors service.

11 Digital Mode switch (ON/OFF) P. 11
This switch is located on the rear panel of the unit. Set to ON when the digital
output is to be used. When set to On, the DJ functions do not function. (Func-
tions marked * do not operate in this mode.) And the muted pause mode is
used instead of the audible pause mode.

nal memory takes precedence.)
13 EJECT UNLOCK/LOCK switch
UNLOCK: In this mode the disc can be ejected even during playback.
LOCK: In this mode, the disc cannot be ejected during playback. The disc can
be ejected when in pause mode.
14 EJECT button (0)
When this button is pressed the disc is ejected through the disc insertion slot
when it stops rotating. When the EJECT UNLOCK/LOCK switch is set to
[LOCK] position, the disc can only be ejected when in pause mode.
15 VINYL SPEED ADJUST TOUCH/BRAKE dial (*)
When the JOG MODE SELECT button is set to [VINYL] position, you can
use this dial to adjust the speed by which the playback stops when the surface
of the Jog dial is pressed.
Playback stops faster as the dial is turned counterclockwise and stops slower
as the dial is turned clockwise.
16 VINYL SPEED ADJUST RELEASE/START dial (*)
When the JOG MODE SELECT button is set to [VINYL] position, you can use this
dial to adjust the speed by which playback starts after you take your hand off the
surface of the Jog dial. Playback starts normal speed faster as the dial is turned
counterclockwise and takes longer time to return to normal speed when turned
clockwise.
17 JOG MODE SELECT button (*)
VINYL mode: when the surface of the Jog dial is pressed during playback, play-
back stops and if the dial is rotated, music is output according to the speed the dial
is turned.
The JOG MODE is stored in memory and remains in memory even if the
power is turned off.
CDJ mode: above operation is not performed even when the Jog dial surface
is pressed.
18 VINYL indicator (*)
This indicator lights when the JOG MODE is in VINYL mode.
19 CDJ indicator (*)
This indicator lights when the JOG MODE is in CDJ mode.
20 TEMPO Control Range button ±6/±10/±16/±24 (*)
Each time the button is pressed, the range changes (±6%/±10%/±16%/±24%).
21 MASTER TEMPO button/indicator (*) P.22
Each press of the button turns the master tempo function on or off.
