Alvorens u het apparaat inbouwt
• Dit apparaat is ontworpen voor gebruik in auto's met een 12-volt, negatief-geaarde accu.
Controleer de accuspanning voordat u het apparaat inbouwt (dit geldt in het bijzonder
wanneer u het apparaat inbouwt in een campingbus, vrachtauto of bus).
• Maak de massakabel (–) van de accu los, om kortsluiting tijdens het inbouwen te
voorkomen.
Voorkomen van beschadigingen
• Wanneer u een stekker lostrekt, pak dan de stekker zelf vast. Trek niet aan de draad,
want het is mogelijk dat u deze uit de stekker trekt.
• Als het apparaat wordt ingebouwd in een auto die geen ACC (accessoire) stand op het
contactslot heeft (zie afb. 2), dient u de rode draad van het apparaat te verbinden met een
aansluiting waarvan de stroomtoevoer geregeld wordt door de ON/OFF instelling van
het contactslot. Indien u dit niet doet, kan de auto-accu leeglopen.
