Pinnacle studio 15 will not open a lot of the videos I am taking from my cell phone. The file is not damaged. Some videos taken on the same day will open and others on that same day will not open. I get the? Logo on a lot of my video clips and it says cannot open. I’ve even put my videos through another program of Kodak to change the format and that doesn’t work. There is something in the software that is the problem I’ve not been able to open my video clips. Do you know what I can do to get Studio 15 to import all of my videos clips
