Het scherm Verwerkingstijd
Tijdens het verwerken informeert het scherm u erover hoe lang het ongeveer
zal duren totdat CLEAN het verwerken van de huidige track heeft voltooid.
Huidige tijd en Resterende tijd CD-R
Deze twee schermen onder in het venster CLEAN moeten u een overzicht
van het huidige project geven.
• Het scherm “Huidige tijd” toont de totale tijd van alle tracks die op dit moment
in de tracklijst staan. Komt de totale tijd uit boven de beschikbare opnametijd
op de cd-r, dan wordt de waarde in rood weergegeven.
• Het scherm “Resterende tijd CD-R” informeert u over hoeveel ruimte er over is
op de cd-r. Komt de totale tijd van alle tracks in de tracklijst uit boven de be-
schikbare tijd op de cd-r, dan wordt het teveel aan tijd als negatieve waarde
weergegeven.

Gebruik in dit geval de start- en eindmarkeringen evenals die voor fade-in en fade-
out om langere tracks in te korten

CPU-belasting
Het verwerken van effecten in echte tijd
vormt een grote belasting voor de proces-
sor. Hoeveel effecten CLEAN precies kan
berekenen tijdens het afspelen hangt af van de kracht van uw computerpro-
cessor (CPU). Het scherm “CPU-belasting” toont hoeveel van de beschik-
bare processorkracht door de berekeningen op dit moment wordt verbruikt.
Hoe verder de balk “CPU-belasting” naar rechts schuift, des te groter is de
belasting voor de CPU. Als de balk het scherm helemaal vult, dan heeft de
processor zijn piekprestatie bereikt. Hierdoor zal het afspelen van audiobe-
standen lijden onder onderbrekingen en klikken.
Schakel dan afzonderlijke effecten uit totdat de balk “CPU-belasting” terug-
keert naar een normale positie en er geen onderbrekingen zijn tijdens het af-
spelen.
