Brilliance

Dit effect voegt tweede en derde harmonische tonen toe aan het geluid dat

u er mee wilt verwerken. Het breidt daarmee de harmonische inhoud van het

geluid uit, dat briljanter zal klinken en beter te horen zal zijn.

Stereo Spread

Het stereo-effect van geluidsmateriaal dat van oudere media is gehaald vol-

doet niet altijd aan de verwachtingen: misschien heeft iemand zijn of haar

eerste democassette zonder een geluidstechnicus gemaakt of misschien

heeft een vinylplaat geleden onder de vele keren dat die is afgespeeld. Het

effect Stereo Spread zal het resulterende “smalle” geluid helpen te overwin-

nen. Stereo Spread verbreedt de stereobasis van het signaal, maakt daarmee

het materiaal aanzienlijk transparanter en geeft het een meer open geluid.

Let op: de monocompatibiliteit van het signaal kan lijden onder intensief ge-

bruik van Stereo Spread. In het ergste geval kan dit betekenen dat de instru-

menten volledig uit de mix zouden kunnen verdwijnen als het geluidsbestand

in mono wordt afgespeeld. Is monocompatibiliteit belangrijk voor u, gebruik

dan de knop Stereo om te testen of het signaal nog steeds monocompatibel is.

Sound Morph

Sound Morph kunt u gebruiken om opnamen met een vlak geluid aanzienlijk

te verbeteren.

U laat Sound Morph zijn wonderen verrichten door het te voeden met een

uitstekend audiobestand (het liefst van dezelfde muziekstijl). Sound Morph

zal het geluid analyseren en, gebaseerd op de resultaten van de analyse,

een set effectinstellingen maken die u op het muziekstuk met het saaie ge-

luid kunt toepassen.

U kunt dit allemaal doen door de bestanden gewoon te selecteren en op

een paar knoppen te klikken. Ga als volgt te werk:
