452 Gebruikershandleiding voor Pinnacle Studio
Het hulpprogramma voor systeeminformatie gebruiken:
1 Typ in het Windows-dialoogvenster Uitvoeren (Windows-toets + R)
de tekst Msinfo32 in het zoekvenster. Druk op Enter om het venster
Systeeminfo te openen.
2 Vouw de categorie Softwareomgeving aan de linkerkant van het
venster uit.
3 Klik op Windows Foutrapportage.
Als het venster Windows Foutrapportage een groot aantal
vermeldingen bevat, kan dit erop wijzen dat het besturingssysteem
instabiel is of dat de computer een hardwareprobleem heeft.
Inspecteer de informatie om de oorzaak van de crash te bepalen. Als
bij de meeste crashes systeemsoftware zoals Windows Verkenner is
betrokken, dan is er een probleem in het besturingssysteem. Ook
frequente willekeurige crashes wijzen vaak op een beschadigde
Windows-installatie.
Geval 2: Studio crasht na gebruikersactie
Als Pinnacle Studio crasht, of regelmatig crasht, als u op een bepaalde
tab of knop klikt, begin dan met het doorlopen van alle stappen in
Geval 1 hierboven. Een dergelijk probleem betekent meestal dat Studio
niet correct is geïnstalleerd of beschadigd is geraakt; verwijder Studio,
installeer het programma opnieuw en pas de patch van de nieuwste
versie toe om het probleem op te lossen.
Om te bepalen of de fout aan een bepaald project is gerelateerd,
maakt u een testproject en voegt u een paar scènes toe aan de tijdlijn
van de video. Klik vervolgens op de tab of knop die de fout lijkt te
veroorzaken. Als dit testproject niet crasht, dan betekent dit mogelijk
dat het probleem met het actuele project te maken heeft en niet met
