Uw serienummer vinden
Bij een product dat u hebt gedownload, wordt het serienummer
weergegeven op de bevestigingspagina aan het einde van de
bestelprocedure, en in de e-mail met de bevestiging die dan wordt
verzonden.
Als u een fysiek exemplaar van het product bezit, dan vindt u het
serienummer aan de binnen- of buitenkant van het DVD-doosje indien
van toepassing, en anders aan de buitenkant van het papieren hoesje.
Als u het serienummer kwijt bent, zoek dan in de kennisdatabase naar
document 232809, Een verloren Pinnacle
Studio-serienummer
vervangen.
Uw klantinformatie opzoeken:
1 Meld u aan op www.pinnaclesys.com.
2 Ga naar uw ‘Uw product’.
3 Kies uw producten in het onderdeel met producten.
4 Uw serienummer verschijnt in het venster ‘Uw producten’ dat
verschijnt.
Een serienummer gebruiken bij upgraden
Voor het upgraden van Pinnacle Studio hebt u het serienummer van de
oude versie nodig.
Nadat u uw oude serienummer hebt gevonden, start u de installatie.
Er verschijnt een venster voor het invoeren van zowel het nieuwe als
het oude serienummer. Typ ze in de correcte vensters en klik op
Volgende.
