I have recently acquired a Philips XL490 initially when sett : 8231

I have recently acquired a Philips XL490 initially when setting the phone one must choose from the list there are only 5 Luxembourg, Turkey (!) and a few others. As it is country dependent how can I add The Netherlands to be able to choose from?
