WAARSCHUWING!
Wanneer u het ADSL Wireless Modem Router reset met de blauwe reset-knop gaan alle
configuratie-instellingen verloren, met inbegrip van uw ISP-instellingen.
Geef (in minuten) de maximale periode zonder activiteit aan gedurende welke de
aanmeldingssessie in stand wordt gehouden zonder activiteit.
Als de verbinding langer inactief is dan deze maximale tijd,
wordt de verbinding verbroken en moet u opnieuw inloggen om toegang te krijgen
tot de beheerinterface. (Standaard: 10 minuten)
Beheer op afstand
Standaard is beheertoegang alleen beschikbaar voor gebruikers op uw lokale netwerk.
U kunt het ADSL Wireless Modem Router echter ook beheren vanaf een externe
host door het IP-adres van een externe computer in dit scherm in te voeren. Schakel
het selectievakje Ingeschakeld in en voer het IP-adres in van het host-adres en klik op
‘INSTELLINGEN OPSLAAN’.
Let op: Als u het selectievakje Ingeschakeld inschakelt en een IP-adres van 0.0.0.0
specificeert, kan iedere externe host het ADSL Wireless Modem Router beheren.
Voor beheer op afstand via WAN IP-adres moet u aansluiten met poort 8080. Voer
eenvoudig WAN IP-adres in gevolgd door :8080, bijvoorbeeld, 212.120.68.20:8080.
SNMP
Gebruik het SNMP-configuratiescherm om parameters weer te geven en aan te
passen voor SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol).
SNMP Community
Een computer die is aangesloten op het netwerk, een zogenaamd NMS (Network
Management Station), kan worden gebruikt om toegang te krijgen tot deze informatie.
Toegangsrechten tot de agent worden bestuurd door community-strings. Om te
communiceren met het ADSL Wireless Modem Router, moet het NMS eerst een
geldige community-string versturen ten behoeve van de verificatie.

SNMM Onderschepping
Geef het IP-adres van het NMS op om te melden wanneer er een belangrijke
gebeurtenis is gedetecteerd door de agent. In het geval zich een
onderscheppingsconditie voordoet, stuurt de SNMP-agent een SNAM-
onderscheppingsbericht naar elk NMS dat is opgegeven als ontvanger van
onderscheppingsberichten.
